Jurmala Spa Hotel

We had a fantastic stay! The virtual check-in and check-out process was super smooth and easy. The wellness spa was exceptional, with a great choice of saunas and steam rooms, and we especially loved the cold pool to cool off. The room was lovely, clean and bright, with the added bonus of heated bathroom floors. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% come back!

Modernes Hotel in guter Lage mit zeitgemäßer Ausstattung.

Kein Safe im Zimmer. Zimmergröße etwas zu klein für größere Koffer. Sauna war mit Badekleidung und ohne Handtuch zu nutzen.

I did not feel like this hotel wants me to feel comfortable and stay for a longer time. Wellness oasis air is terribly cold, its hard to enjoy the pools as the water is not that warm and its frequently needed to warm up in sauna. Spa reception is on first floor while procedures happen on the second floor, its not pleasant to walk through the vestibule, conference room section in robes only to get to reception to then walk the whole way back to get to the second floor. The rooms are pleasant to look at but not well functional - there are so many light switches that the rooms should come with instruction manual on how to use them, still there is not enough light in the bathroom to put makeup on. There could be more hangers for towels and robes (had to put towels and robes in a large pile as our swimsuits were wet and drying on the second one, also talking about drying - the wall is heated but the heat is lower than how far swimsuits hang..). Toilet paper is dispensed in single leafs like at cheap places, its thin and uncomfortable to get out. Shower has no shelves for your own shampoo. Beds have odd second mattresses on top of them which are the way too soft and borderline uncomfortable.
