Door staff were very helpful and welcoming.
We spent 4 nights there and after telling the reception the tv was not working on day 1 (and that it just needed a new aerial cable swapping out) they still did nothing. Still broken when we left.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was great although shallow but fine to swim and the view was great.
I walked everywhere. The war museum, reunification palace abd water puppet theatre were about 10 mins walk tho on busy roads. I think most people take taxis which are very cheap but I walked into the centre too. There was plenty of choice for Asian breakfast as well as bread fruit etc.
I booked a room with a balcony and it would have been nice to have a chair to sit outside but as it was as the hotel is in a very busy corner it was really too loud to sit outside- good for viewing the motorcyclists atvthe junction! Just be careful crossing the roads outside.
Other reviews mentioned it being a bit old in decor but it was fine.

The arrival night receptionist was amazing
I got sick as a dog on the 2 day and they did not allow the pharmacist to come to my room and give me the medicine. I had to go to reception in my condition. Very bad service and inconsiderate of my condition.
