The W14 Kensington

The staff were very friendly Everything clean

The stairs ☺️ but was alright Breakfast starts 9:30

NICE area

Nothing

The Hotel was located on a nice street and staff were friendly.

Although the room was clean and well equipped the pressure in the shower was no more than a light trickle. The sink pressure was perfectly fine so definitely a shower issue. The curtains were also hanging off the the rains which meant we were unable to open them properly. We made staff aware on our departure.

Yhe hotel was very clean, the location was excellent, and the price was reasonable for the area.

While there were several positive aspects to my stay, I unfortunately did not get any sleep because my room was located directly above the stairs, which resulted in a lot of noise. When I checked out early in the morning, I wasn't asked how my stay was, so I didn't have the opportunity to raise this at the desk. I understood that breakfast was not free, but because no information was provided about how or where to get it, I chose to take my business elsewhere.
