Dieses Haus ist auch bequem zum einzigen Lebensmittelgeschäft auf der Insel und zum Holden Beach Fishing Pier, beide sind innerhalb von ein paar hundert Fuß.
Das Haus verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer mit einem neu renovierten großen Wohnbereich und einer Küche in der Mitte des Hauses. Zwei Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten und zwei Schlafzimmer haben zwei große Betten.
Das ist eine breite überdachte Terrasse mit Blick auf den Kanal, der die Breite des Hauses und eine ähnliche Terrasse vor dem Haus erstreckt, die perfekt zum Sonnen ist.
Es gibt auch eine Außendusche zum Abspülen nach einem Tag am Strand

We had a great fun filled vacation week at Holden Beach. The entire family enjoyed Frank's Folly. Clean house, great ;location, spacious for our family. Hopefully we can stay again next year when 2024 schedule is available!

What a week! The house was very close to the beach, and had the canal with a dock out back (my daughter caught an eel from the canal). 11 of us including out children and grandchildren - house was just what we needed.

The view and the location were wonderful. The house was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for our needs . The sleeping arrangements for our family were not ideal because of the height of our 5 guys. Beds would work well for younger children. Our only issue was with check-in. We had to contact the owner who had to call a locksmith to repair the lock. She did respond quickly to our call.

Great family vacation
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It was the perfect location for everything. We were steps away from the beach, the General Store, the pier and ice cream shop. My grandkids enjoyed fishing off the boat dock every day. Plenty of room for them to run and play outside. My only complaint is the cleaning company could do a better job cleaning the house in between stays. The ceiling fans and ceiling around the air vents are full of dust and under all the furniture were dirty. Both of my 1 year old grandkids kept finding food, crumbs and other items that were not ours.

The property was in a great location, next to grocery store and pier. No problem docking our 22' boat at the floating dock. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay there again!

Everything exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful experience. It's close to food and ice cream. It's also very close to the beach. I will definitely rotten

Will Stay Again
The owner was friendly, and communicated with us ahead of our visit. She also told us to call if we had questions. The property is conveniently located and just across the street from the grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms well furnished. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back!

Clean, comfortable, perfect vacation home
We really enjoyed our stay here! The main living area is newly updated and very pleasing. The kitchen is clean and very well stocked. I love the layout of the rooms and the home was plenty spacious. We LOVE the location. We kayaked and fished the canal and waterway. The beach was a very easy walk just across the street. There is also a small grocery store and ice cream shop within walking distance. And the property owner is very pleasant to work with! I would definitely like to vacation here again!
