Hotel Cuevas - Adults Only

We received a really great welcome from reception when we arrived, indeed all the reception staff were absolutely lovely. The hotel is modern but built in a style respectful of its location. Our room was comfortable. felt modern and trendy and there was a kettle, with hot drink making supplies too. The bathroom was large with an excellent shower. Our room had a jacuzzi bath in it, though this was out of action - not a problem for us. We loved the 'Wellness Area' at the rear of the hotel, where we found the swimming pool, hot tub, a drinks van, loungers and a tree house with couples seats. The old town of Santillana del Mar is just a few minutes' walk away. On check out, we were sent on our way with some water and snacks for the journey, which was a nice touch.

Breakfast was expensive, but we didn't need it on this occasion. However, it is possible to get coffee in the hotel's cafe, if needed.

Beautiful relaxing pool area with lovely cocktails, the bar man even adapted the Margarita to a fab spicy one on request . Really friendly staff, free electric bikes, most comfortable bed and pillows. Super location , highly recommend for a relaxing stay .

Beautiful property with a gorgeous back pool area and a hot tub. The design was aesthetically very pleasing. Lots of attention to detail. There was street parking available, but also parking beneath the hotel for a minimal fee. Just a few minutes walk to the old town the staff was amazing. So courteous and so very kind.

That was really nothing. We did not like about the property. Our room was beautifully designed very comfortable. All the necessary amenities were provided.
