L'Abbaye Hôtel

The location was excellent. Across the road from the village of Colle Sur Loup and only a short drive to Saint Paul de Vence.The property is outstanding and very relaxing. The owner is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is very good and offers a good variety of options.

There was nothing to dislike

The property was dreamy. Everything was very thought through, the details were outstanding. Also, Charlotte and her husband as well as the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and charming. The breakfast was very good - we also had other experiences on our trip but this one was great value for money. A small choice but absolutely great for the price. The pool area and the restaurant were definitely one of our highlights!! We would absolutely recommend this place.

Overall, everything was really nice and we would always come back!!! Though some smaller and irrelevant elements need some maintenance. For us, this wasn’t important but for an outstanding experience, this would matter. E.g. one faucet didn’t work (we had 2), one of the toilet flush buttons (we also had 2) didn’t work and my night lamp was broken (apparently it was fixed, it was a vintage lamp so overall I didn’t mind as it suited the picture). Again, for us this didn’t matter and we also didn’t mention it but for others, this could be different.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Return Visit to L’Abbaye** This was our second stay at L’Abbaye and it was every bit as enjoyable as the first. The owner and staff are fantastic, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The new pool area is a wonderful addition, offering a relaxed and peaceful place to unwind. Breakfast feels as though you're sitting in a traditional French family kitchen, with a personal and authentic charm that makes each morning special. The rooms are beautifully decorated with classic themes, full of character and elegance. A truly charming place that we look forward to returning to again.

Nothing

The hotel is very charming. It was once a former priory and has been beautifully restored. The property features a stunning swimming pool, and the dinner and breakfast areas are warm and welcoming. The quality of the restaurant and the breakfast is also excellent. Last but certainly not least, the owners and staff are exceptionally friendly and hospitable. Thank you very much
