Our stay at this property was most enjoyable. It was clean and quiet and very well located. We enjoyed the neighborhood so much. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend.

Eduardo was a fantastic host helping with various requests we had and providing so much information all throughout our stay in Rome. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and perfectly situated to walk to the major attractions, excellent shopping and fantastic restaurants. We enjoyed immensely and will definitely book again the next time we are in Rome!

We stayed here as a family of 6 ages from 79 to 14. The apartment was clean and great location. Minor issue and Edoardo was over in 10 minutes to fix it.(we popped a fuse) He was available at all times for anything.
Can’t say enough great things about the property and location. The only issue to complain about would be the sleeper sofa mattress was very thin.

We have a family of 5, and this apartment was perfect, not to mention Edoardo is an AMAZING host. Edoardo took care of arranging transportation from the airport and met us at the apartment to show us everything. He also had great suggestions for restaurants and gave us a run-down of how to get around Rome! The apartment is very clean and spacious. We will definitely book this spot when we return. One hundred percent recommend!

Apartment was in a great location near north gate. It was clean and had all we needed. Important to note that the dryer was not working properly (was not getting hot enough to dry the clothes) so we had to hang dry our items. Communication with host was great.

We enjoyed the most amazing time at the Oca apartment! My husband and I and our four adult children stayed here for three nights. The apartment is spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed! The primary bath is like a spa! The location is excellent with great restaurants just a few steps away. We walked to the Vatican from here and to many other sites. I would highly recommend staying at this property. In fact, if we are lucky enough to return to Rome, this is where we will stay again! Thank you to Edoardo, who is an amazing owner/manager of the property. He is highly responsive and can answer any question you might have!

Edoardo went above and beyond for our stay. Probably the best host we’ve ever experienced. Extremely helpful & made our stay as smooth as possible. The apartment itself is beautiful, modern, spacious & fit our family of 6 perfectly(2 elderly, 3 adults & an 8 month old baby). Will definitely be staying here again when back in Rome!! This apartment was the perfect place for us to stay with our 3 adult children and 5 yr old grandchild. The apartment was clean and spacious and really well located. We really appreciated having a kitchen that was fully stocked so we could easily make our own breakfast. Eduoardo was very responsive and arranged airport transfers, and also stocked the refrigerator before we came , which was a big help as we were flying into Rome from various countries and only had one day there. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent location! Apartment was as advertised, it easily fit our family of six (one on the sleeper sofa), and it was quiet. Edoardo was extremely professional and responded every time we needed something throughout the entire process. Wow what an amazing apartment, great location with walking distance to almost everything. The property manager Edoardo was amazing, he was there on arrival and assisted us with baggage and check in and also was there early on departure day to do the same. We coordinated transport via him and it was top notch on time and great price for a group of 6 in a MB Van (taxis are small in Italy). We loved the place and will defiantly stay there again on our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay. Lovely apartment just as shown in photos. Location was great just off of the Piazza del Popolo. Close to all the sites and could walk everywhere in a half hour or less. Lots of good restaurants very close by. Edoardo, the property manager was also fantastic.

Everything was as described. The apartment is well-appointed, spotless, modern appliances and comforts and yet beautiful old-world details. It’s very convenient, pretty quiet except for typical street noises (5th floor/elevator helps). It’s convenient to restaurants, market and taxi stand. Eduordo was very helpful with recommendations and transfers. We especially appreciated several electric adaptors, good Wi-Fi and AC. We would come back.

A wonderful place to stay while in Rome! The neighborhood is fantastic as you are in piazza del Popolo with nice restaurants everywhere. The Vatican, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, and Pantheon are within walking distance. Edoardo was an excellent host! He made our stay most enjoyable and was easily reached both through the app and WhatsApp. The apartment is exactly how it looks in pictures — no surprises — and having air conditioning in each room was a plus especially during the hot summer months. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will visit again soon.

Perfect Location close to everything
Our family of 4 stayed in this apartment and everything was wonderful! The location is perfect and a close ( under 30 min) walk to any of the sites you may want to see. We either walked or used the taxi stand right outside the apartment in the square. We walked to every dinner and ate at some amazing restaurants just right around the corner from the apartment. Eduardo booked our transfers to and from the airport. The Apartment was very clean and so comfortable. We will definitely book this apartment again when we return to Rome!:)

Perfect Rome Holiday with Family
Great location for our family and beautiful apartment. The location is fantastic with a short walk to many things (under 10 minutes) and a medium (20-25 minute) walk to nearly everything else you might want to see in Rome. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Rome.

All-around an excellent experience and accommodation. We were four adults and two small children and the three bedrooms and two baths worked out very well for us. There’s also a living room and a kitchen with updated appliance as well as a washer and dryer. Working with the owner Edoardo was a pleasure he was very accommodating. The location was very good for us close to the Piazza del Popolo and a short walking distance to the Spanish steps

There are separate air conditioners in each bedroom and the living room, which really helped during the hot weather. So-worked well. Washer and dryer included on the balcony

Very centrally located; easy access to taxis; within walking distance to MANY popular sites; lovely appointments; large master bedroom and bathroom; 2 additional bedrooms with a shared large bathroom. Eduardo couldn’t have been more helpful. He arranged transportation from the airport and back to the airport for us. He met us at the apartment and let us check in early, which was really nice after an overnight flight from the states. There are maps and books about Rome in the apartment and the kitchen is adequate to cook in, although we didn’t cook. There were 4 adults in our party and there was plenty of room for us and we had plenty of privacy. The apartment is located near restaurants and small convenience stores so that you can get supplies. There is enough shampoo and body wash for a couple of days, but if you are staying longer than that, bring your own or just get some at the store down the street. This was probably one of the best places we’ve stayed in Rome. It was centrally located enough, but still quiet enough. And, there is air conditioning which makes it nice if it’s warm. There is a small lift and it is quite a hike up the stairs if you don’t want to take the lift. We didn’t mind - good way to work off all the great food we ate. We’d most definitely choose this apartment again. Thanks so much for making our trip even nicer!

Our stay Rione IV Campo Marzio can only be described as 5 Stars. First, the location is unbeatable. It is quiet for sleeping but filled with wonderful restaurants and serves as a great access point to walk anywhere. Second, Edoardo covers every detail necessary for a comfortable stay. He coordinated transportation and his restaurant recommendations were all outstanding and memorable. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect if you are looking to be within walking distance of most attractions and shopping. Restaurants nearby recommend by owner where great and their is also a nearby convenient store and pharmacy. We were a party of five with teenage kids and one of the great things with this apartment is the space. All rooms are very spacious and the master closet and bathroom is very large as pictured.
The owner was very available and communicative at all times. Great experience overall! Would rent property again!

Even the apartment is located very central it was in the quite area. We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was in the walk distance, and we did not use our car at all! Very high recommender for stay with kids, or with a group of 6!
