The management staff was superb, even bringing over pool toys for our kids mid week. Kitchen had more than what we needed in the way of cooking pans, utensils, serving ware, plates, silverware. Everything. House was comfortable for all the family.

My family and I travelled to Honolulu for my oldest sons wedding. We needed a large place to stay that would accommodate all of us and provide a place to gather and visit. This property was immaculate and well appointed with everything we needed. From cooking meals together in the large kitchen to enjoying dips in the pool or just relaxing on the patio and watching the sunset, it was great. We are hoping to come back again soon and stay at this fabulous property.

Wonderfully appointed family home with very comfortable rooms, well-stocked kitchen, tastefully furnished and very clean!! We were delighted with every aspect of this property - the pool was so fun to lounge around in for hours, we did yoga on the top deck and also on the boat landing. The neighborhood is nice & quiet, very safe. I used to visit my Aunty who lived in on the marina right next to this home so I was very familiar with the area. Short distance from Sandys, shopping at Kahala Mall, KCC Farmers Market, Ala Moana, Waikiki, and even Lanikai (go during the week days). The best part is Foodland, Safeway and Costco are only a couple mins away. And you can easily take a walk each morning to the beach to see the sunrises.
We will definitely be back. Our hosts were incredibly attentive, responsive and kind. 10/10!!!

Thanks for an amazing stay! Every part of the process, from reservation to checkout, was seamless and pleasant. Thank you to Amanda and Sandy for the small touches like the fresh pineapple, coffee, and chocolate covered macadamia nuts upon check in. We will definitely stay here again upon our return.

We had a wonderful comfortable stay at the property in Hawaii Kai. The place was very clean, we had everything we needed, and there was room for two families with 2 kids each plus two grandparents. The entire property was air conditioned which was a great refuge from the heat. The neighborhood was quiet as well. The highlight of the property is the amazing pool. We all loved swimming in the pool either at the beginning of the day or at the end. It was great to be able to relax and unwind. The location was awesome as well. It was close to beautiful beaches like Sandy Beach and Kailua beach. It was also close to hidden gems like China Walls and Spitting caves. Its proximity to nearby Safeway (open 24 hours) and Costco was super helpful as well. Both were around a 5 minute drive away. Don’t forget the Leonard’s Malasadas food truck nearby as well (which became an instant favorite). Overall we loved staying at the home and would gladly stay there again in the future. Special thanks to Amanda for looking after us during our stay.

The house was very spacious and had all the amenities you will need during your vacation. The kitchen was so organized and tools/equipment is in good condition. The sliding door to the tool could use some TLC (the screen door is hard to open/close) but overall I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Multiple family members got extremely ill. Enough so the bride postponed the wedding. SO absolutely sad we couldn't come. I knew your cancelation policy, and cried multiple times. They(my husbands brother) are going to still get married there next year. Unfortunately, that was a very large loss for us. It looked so lovely, my newly widowed mom was going to join us as well. Heartbroken. Covid is so terrible.Wouldn't even let us be with our dad in his last days.I will give ratings on how it looked to us. Be well. God bless.

My entire family of 9 stayed here and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. We all agreed the beds were very comfortable and thought the decor was nicely done. We all also loved that each room had air conditioning...not very common on the islands. The only down side was the couch was not that comfortable, but it worked and the floors were not clean; we all had black feet from walking around. We would go back again though.

Great place to stay
Overall great location and home to stay for your vacation. Only complaint was the cleanliness upon arriving. Having to pay a cleaning fee you would assume the place would be clean upon arrival. Some of the beds had hair in the sheets upon lifting the blankets. Upon turning the blinds there appeared to be a booger from a prior person. Also the floors seemed to not have been cleaned in quite sometime. Without shoes our feet were completely black. This made it impossible to allow my infant down without becoming filthy.

Greg’s 50th Birthday in Hawaii Kai
There were a lot of nice things about this property. The check in process was easy and smooth as well as the check out. The back porch was great with plenty of seating and it was nice and cool out on the deck with a nice breeze. The pool was perfect for cooling off but be careful when the pool deck gets wet, it’s super slick. The property had a great location for everything we love to do in Hawaii Kai and the Eastside. The neighbors were really nice and welcoming. And although the house is advertised with NO A/C just be prepared...it is HOT!! The two masters had window units that were nice in those two rooms for sleeping but if you aren’t sleeping in there you are not sleeping. The lack of A/C made it difficult to be able to cook there because the oven and stove heated up the house even more making you drip sweat while in the kitchen. Another issue with having no cooling in the house means the fridge doesn’t work very well, it did NOT keep things cold - we lost a lot of vegetables and milk within a couple days because the fridge couldn’t keep it cold enough. In addition the ice maker doesn’t work so we had to continue to buy bags of ice but only 4 at a time because any more and they wouldn’t stay frozen for two days so our dining out bill quadrupled with not being able to cook at home like we had planned and ended up with quite a loss in food. So the location is nice, the pool is nice, the two masters were nice and being able to have a washer and dryer was nice but a fridge that can’t keep up with the heat, a very hot house and hot additional rooms, and a kitchen you couldn’t really cook in was not so nice - it made for a long week!

Brought the family, parents and adult children, 9 of us in all ranging from age 1-93, for a GREAT stay at this location. Loved the property! It is vey nice and it was perfect for us. The house had EVERYTHING we needed from beach towels and swim toys to kitchen supplies for cooking and was amazing! Beds were so comfy and furniture was very nice. We were there during very hot/humid weather and although there is no central air they did their best to provide plenty of fans. Room units in all the bedrooms would have been ideal. The location was great and close to shopping and restaurants as well as easy access to all the freeways for exploring the whole island in any direction. I loved that it was a quiet location away from all the tourist traffic and that beaches were close-by. Loved having the pool outside our door! I can't say enough about how great the management of this property is. From the very start, Amanda was very personable and responsive and did a fantastic job at making me feel confident in the whole process since it was my first time doing this. I would definitely use this property again!

Rental home was really nice. Lots of space to accommodate our group of 9. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials (even had a rice cooker). Overall, the home was really nice. Conveniently located near Hanauma Bay and several other attractions. There were a few things that we weren't impressed with: air conditioning only in 2 bedrooms (couldn't do too much cooking because of the heat produced), the washer and dryer didn't operate fully, and pool usage only until 8 pm (the neighbors across the water partied late into the night).

This house was the perfect home base for us to have an amazing trip.
We flew in late on Sat and thanks to Amanda had perfect instructions and got in the house with no issues.
The next day I got up early to buy groceries and stock the kitchen and everything you need is literally 2 min away. Costco, Safeway, Walgreens, you name it, all right there. The kitchen has everything you need and we were able to make most of our meals right there and enjoy the patio and pool which got tons of sun all day.
The house itself was perfectly designed for us. The layout is a large main living room and kitchen for everyone to hangout in, and all the bedrooms on the perimeter.
We had 1 other family there with us and it didn't feel cramped at all (we both have 2 kids as well). The 2 master suites were on opposite sides of the house with plenty of privacy, and the other 2 main rooms were full size. Then our 2 younger kids shared the 5th smaller room which they loved and kept calling it a clubhouse.
Even though the house was plenty spacious we basically lived outside. The patio and pool set in such a beautiful location was just what the Dr. ordered!
We are already trying to decide when to come back!

We had such an amazing experience at this house! There were 7 of us (and then 9 of us for a few of the days) and we had plenty of space although we all spent most of our time while at the house sitting outside laughing, talking and swimming. It is so peaceful and quiet. The location is great because it's right in the middle of the Waikiki area and the Windward side attractions. I would definitely stay here again if I went to this area with a larger group. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. the pool is lovely and the setting was spectacular. The two master suites have air conditioning and that was nice as it was very hot. Our only complaint was that the dryer vents into the house, so the bedroom closest to the laundry area got quite hot. Other than that, we really enjoyed the home.

This year my wife turned 50 and her parents had their 50th anniversary. We rented the Marina Front home for two weeks with the extended family and have an excellent time. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, on a bay with it's own dock. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio each day with the sun shining on the hills to the right and then enjoyed the sunset each night out over the bay. The home is comfortable, clean and located well with multiple chopping center close by and Hanauma Bay 10 minutes away. It's close enough to Waikiki and Honolulu to enjoy their beaches, restaurants and shops, but residential enough that we always had a nice place to retreat to and relax in peace.

Excellent location and space although the thing that lets this rental down is that the house is not airconditioned except for 2 bedrooms. It was so hot inside we had to sit on the back just to spend time as a turns out we were too noisy for the neighbours as they rang the owner to say we were swimming in the pool which we were not.our private pool closes at 8pm,no swimming after 8pm. We were only having a cup of tea and a laugh. We got the call from the owner at 9.55pm although the local law was 10pm no noise.
In saying the above i would stay there again i just think a holiday rental should be able to use the pool anytime.

Comfortable home in a gorgeous setting. Lovely to sit on the lanai and see the clouds draping the Kuilaulau Mountains, pausing to take dips in the pool. The house is very comfy with a very substantial kitchen. Nice to have 5 bedrooms and three baths. What would have made this even a better experience? Only the two master bedrooms have AC, so the other three bedrooms make for rather sticky sleeping. Whole house AC would be nice. Also, there is a beautiful dock on the waterway behind the house, BUT there is no kayak available to use. As good as our stay was, AC and a kayak would have made our stay perfect! The management was very good to work with. Thanks!

Overall we were satisfied except...there were only 2 bedrooms with wall air conditioner units. The rest of the.house only had fans and.were.very.warm. The back screen and glass.sliding doors were off the tracks.and.very difficult to.open or.close

It was overall a nice home inside with basic, very basic essentials provided. The fact that the pool was poorly maintained, and upon notification to manager that pool was terribly dirty, pool man still didn't show and clean pool, we actually did it ourselves so that pool pump didn't burn out as pool loses water. Awful service in this manner coupled with water toys being visible in garage but yet we were not allowed to use, very poor on behalf of owners,then remove them entirely. for the price,they should allow use of basic water toys.Limited laundry essentials provided,crude of owner as cleaners hardly at all provided, not even a floor mop, yet no cleaning maid service.This is perplexing.We had to buy it all.Mold and centipedes surrounding outdoor backyard pool area!! Very disturbing.The centipedes were everywhere. Master bed has sinkhole you cannot get out of on one side.Our flight left very early; however, had it not, we received messages being asked to leave early on checkout. When paying this type of money, I'd expect better.

It was perfect, magical and wonderful. We had a great time couldn't ask for a better place and location. The pool was such an added bonus. We had 10 people staying- grandmother- mom- dad- aunt- 6 adult children 19-33 yrs old. Loved it so much have recommended it to others. House looks just like pictures. Rental process easy. No hidden expenses. Not one complaint from any of our 10 guest. Local food store less then 2 miles away. Perfect.
