Large bedroom with big balcony. Location (at Agonda beach)

Everything about this place is spectacular. The location, the rooms, the ambience, the staff, the food. My room was beach facing and the view was mesmerizing. It is very peaceful. The beach is beautiful and less crowded than the one's in north. You can go go kayaking on the beach, there are coast guards too. The food menu could have more options. But overall it was a fabulous experience and i will definitely visit this place again.

Location was excellent. Sun loungers aren't allowed on Agonda beach but there was a little area in front of my hut that the staff put a sunlounger for me which was perfect. Food was very good.

WiFi wasn't great in my room. A little noisy at night with dogs barking but that is unavoidable and I don't have a problem with the dogs but it's useful to know if this would be an issue for you

Very friendly owners. i had a really nice room with 2 balconys. when I was sick they helped me a lot, cleaned up and were very kind. the restaurant prices were very reasonable. I loved the banana pancakes and the breakfast. they also rent scooters and even give you the fuel for convenience.

the pictures of the room on booking gave me the impression I had booked a front row bungalow. I also asked for a quiet room. when I arrived I was disappointed to get a room behind the restaurant. after not accepting it they let me move to my in the end beautiful quiet room which was maybe an upgrade. thank you. make sure you check exactly what you book not to be disappointed because of wrong expectations. I also would have appreciated to get my bathroom cleaned (including emptying the toilet paper bucket) within 5 days. Some chillout chairs on the beach would be nice.

There should be a mesh option for the room windows so one can experience the sea breeze inside. More food & beverage options would be good for breakfast.

The place was directly on Agonda beach which is very quiet. unfortunately the structure was undergoing "restoration" because the season was at the beginning so we didn’t see it with its full potential. The room was cozy, the staff was very friendly. when we ate there the food was very delicious. we had really good time.

maybe a bit expensive for being in the low season. The wifi didn't work much in the room

Franklin is really sweet,, accomodating and kind. His dog Scooby is supremely loving and made our stay even better!!

We loved the beach view from the hut and the hospitality of the owner, family and pets! The room is comfortable: Bed, AC, fan & shower are good

There is room for improvement in terms of facilities (e.g. dusty&broken lamp, broken clothing rack)
