Perfect location for what we needed and easy ride from airport. Great pool and area for walking in the morning. Lots of space in the condo.

Property management was great. Location is great. They need to hire a new cleaning company and do some general maintenance but it was okay. They were responsive to my concerns. I tried to take the trash out right before we left but the dumpsters weren’t where the map said they were and i wasn’t able to figure it out at 4am, so I suggest asking someone earlier because I felt bad about that part.

Location was wonderful. Company was easy to deal with. They were very generous in moving our date during Covid but, any updates are needed to this unit. Carpets, baseboard, coffee table, and couches are in serious need of a clean.
It needs a new toaster, coffee, maker, and dishwasher. We had to fiddle with these things to get them to work properly. They definitely need updating. Location across from the pool was fabulous and everything else was wonderful. Just a few adjustments and it would be perfect.

This place had what we needed. I do think bigger families that eats more at the house could find the glass and plates a bit lacking.
Also, please get the airvent in the Master bathroom cleaned.

The place was clean. There were plenty of rooms for us to all spread out. It is only a 30 minute drive to Disney and Universal. Easy check in and check out!

The house was great, 3 bathrooms, comfortable beds, the location and area was very nice , very clean! And owners were available to answer questions and reply quickly. We will definitely use them in the future

Bad experience with your company, did not recieve mail about the unit number - building and the security box for the key, check in at 4:00 and the house was not ready had to wait 20 more min and it was more than that , we finally check in at 5:00
the house was not clean and the AC filters was full of dirt ( horrible) and its look like your company have problem with the Security there were very unprofessional. in one word we had a very bad experience with your company.

The interior property was disgusting. I will be taking steps for a full refund, including medical., prescription and. Cleaning products cost to me.

Descent stay
We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The unit was descent and the owners are nice. However, the neighbors can be loud. The unit behind us the tenant was loud around 12am the first night but we knocked on the wall and they turned down their tv and we had no problem after that. With a mutual understanding that everyone has to be considerate of their surroundings it was a descent stay.

We enjoyed our family vacations (my wife, my son and I), we felt like it was our own home, the neighborhood is wonderful: beautiful and relaxing. In the house the rooms are very big, comfortable and with all the clean accessories. the kitchen has all the necessary accessories and the management team are very very special and always ready to help us (thank you very much Angie)

Very nice community
Very nice community. Would be a complete 5 star stay if unit was just cleaned up alittle more. Close to all kinds of restaurants and activities! Family had a nice stay.

For the price and amount of time we were there this property worked fine. It does need new carpet very soon. Otherwise for the price it worked for the short time we were there in the evenings.

Duas observações a casa não tem muitos utensílios domésticos como panelas, e fica a 30 minutos da maioria dos pontos mais visitados, como parques, outlets, e internacional drive .
Cuidado se forem enche as banheiras com água quente, pois se todos forem tomar banho ao mesmo tempo pode faltar água quente .

Run down. Not somewhere I would stay again!
Property grounds were great. The house itself is run down. The beds were terrible with holes in the some of the mattresses, which were very uncomfortable. The dryer was missing a handle and in my attempt to use it cut my finger. The carpet was dirty, the tubs were stained, and none of the doors closed all the way or locked. This was a problem for us as we have 2 year old twins and we were worried they would end up falling down the stairs. In addition the toilet downstairs kept clogging up. For what we paid to stay here I should have just stayed in a hotel.

Terrible beds
After spending a day at Disney World, we just wanted a good nights rest before heading out on our cruise. The beds are very low quality and every move you make, they creak and wake you up. I never give low reviews but think it’s important for people who are considering reserving this property, will not get any rest.
