Sea La Vie is a quiet property in a residential area of similarly beautiful, high end properties. We felt safe there and although there were other guests it was a serene place to relax and enjoy the pool and gorgeous ocean that was a quick walk across the street. The apartment was clean and spacious and check in and out was super easy. We'd stay again!

Wonderful property on a quiet side of the island. Still within reasonable driving distance to all activities, restaurants, grocery, and shops. Sea La Vie has everything you need. Very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and the kitchen was well equipped. The only thing more I would add is a tray/baking sheet for the oven. The beach is not far. We loved the outdoor shower to remove sand from our feet. Large balcony was the perfect size for stargazing at night Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to visit again!

This was a great property. The pool was amazing. The area was beautiful and quiet. The beach was just across the property. Host was great. We had an issue connecting to Netflix so he came right away to help fix the problem. Amenities were good for a family. Laundry, full kitchen, loads of space and 2 bathrooms were a plus. This is a perfect place to stay if you have a large group. We rented a car so we were able to explore the island. Definitely would need a car to stay here. Thanks again Majid!

When we walked in it small so clean. The house had enough room for six to eight people. The view was beautiful, you can’t see much of the beach but it was still beautiful. My only complaint was the walk to the beach, you are sinking into the sand making it very hard to walk. The chairs are broken and there is nowhere to relax unless you go onto someone else’s property.

Major was great host. Perfect spot and access to beach for kiting and foiling.

The condo was perfect for the five of us. A car rental is a must to be able to visit all the island has to offer. We were on some of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen. The pool area is very nice

We were a group of three staying in this massive space! There's a deck that wraps around the third floor which offers a glimpse of the sea. The deck boards could use repainting and seems like the kind of wood that would offer you a splinter or two, so we wore our shoes out there. The bedrooms are downstairs with one full bath and a washer and dryer. The upstairs has the kitchen, the 2nd full bath, the dining room, and living room. All the furniture is immaculate and the bathrooms are fairly well appointed!! I just wish there were more hooks for towels, but that's a very minor complaint! Right outside there's a shed box that holds beach chairs and some shelter elements (we didn't use). The directions were perfect and communication was great! We were also granted late checkout although we didn't really need it (we checked out about 25 minutes after the official time.). All in all, I would stay here again!!

Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Attentive, communicative host and staff. Incredible, really. An example: my mere passing mention of a wish that there was an electric tea kettle in our place was followed-up most expeditiously by Sea la Vie’s marvelous caretakers with the prompt purchase and presentation of a new one. For the sake of brevity, I won’t go into details of all the ways in which we found ourselves satisfied by our stay. But the essence of it is this: I cannot begin to convey how impressed I have been by the care and concern taken by Majid and the hard workers at Sea La Vie. The lodging had everything we could ask for - the location, amenities, cleanliness, condition of all things within and about our apartment were just great. Above and beyond - right from the get-go with meeting our check-in requests straight through to the end and meeting our check-out requests. Everything was made so easy by the understanding, flexibility, generosity, and kind attentiveness of Majid and the staff of Sea La Vie. A thousand times over, thank you. This was my second stay at Sea la Vie in only a matter of months (nov 2022, Feb 2023) and I am already planning my next visit. I can’t tell you how relieved I am to not feel the need to investigate other lodging possibilities for the next time and to be able to tell friends and family to straight-up book at Sea La Vie for their visits. Returning to Sea La Vie is an automatic for me and that’s such a gift right there. And now…. Countdown to summer!! See you soon, Sea la Vie!

Loved this spot, short walk to the beach, and centrally located. Short drive to anywhere we wanted to go! Host was helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back!

This property is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures, not far from the main strip of restaurants. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the fridge leaking. He was actually the fastest at responding to all messages out of anywhere we have stayed. The view from the balcony was stunning. We would stay here again.

We stayed here with our two young children. The unit was very clean and came with everything we needed. Check in was seamless and the location was great. Also very affordable. We hope to return next year!

The property was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our family (4 adults and 2 young children). It was a quick walk to the beach but also an easy drive to other areas of the island.

Everything was great! Everything was as pictured, the beds were great, the view perfect and it was very close to the beach. There was hardly anyone at the beach due to it being in the residential area of the island compared to the resort side. The pool was perfect and owner was very quick to respond. It’s also gated and locked which was good.

This place is great! 5 min walk to long bay beach. The property was very clean and accurate to what was listed. Drive to Grace Bay also only 5 min. I love that it is away from the main scene but only a short drive away.

Majid was great (responded quickly) if we had any questions! The villa was clean and had a view of the ocean as well! Short walk to the beach! The beach storage box close to the beach was great to leave the beach chairs in overnight so you didn’t have to carry them back and forth! We really enjoyed our stay!!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. The photos are misleading because there is a full construction site across from the house blocking most of the view. Renters should have low expectations on service. There is no staff on site, no housekeeping, no cleaning or changing sheets even though we were there more than a week. Both bedrooms are on the lower floor, which means that one group will have to use the upstairs bathroom and go up and down the “death stairs”. (We called them that BEFORE the accident). Towards the end of the trip, what later became Hurricane Isaías was approaching the island. In short, we spent the last two days without electricity or water. While we don’t blame the owner for lack of electricity, he was definitely not a good host. We had to ask several times for a flashlight. (Did I mention the death stairs and no electricity?). The owner, spent most of his time working on his own generator that supplied electricity to his own unit. He was dismissive and condescending to our questions and safety concerns. There were several open units while we were there. When I asked if we could move to a unit that had a generator, we were told that only his unit had a generator. The electricity went out in our unit the day before the storm. Then the water main broke and no flushing toilets. Again, this is the day before the storm. I was glad my friends from the US told us to prepare for this b/c the Owner sure did not. When the rain finally started in the hot unit (remember no a/c) the top floor was leaking badly. We put down towels and pots to catch the water. We also told the owner early the next morning that there was water all over the floor and requested a mop. While I understand he was busy looking after his boat and his generator And HIS unit, I think he should have checked on us, instead of totally focusing on himself. After sitting all day in the unit, he finally came to see the leaking water and said something to the effect of “it always does this” and then he left two towels at the bottom of the stairs. He made no attempt to clean it up or send anyone. The entire top floor was wet. Later that day, my friend fell down the stairs resulting in a broken rib in two places. After I told the owner about the fall, he basically stopped talking to us. When we asked for a late checkout (due to her pain) we were refused. I have tried to contact VRBO twice about our experience.

Property was clean and as noted, although a home being built across the street blocked much of the beautiful view as seen in photos. That can’t be helped by the property owners however. Majid the Owner/Host was courteous, friendly and we enjoyed visiting with him. We loved being away from the busier Grace Bay Area but so close - everything was a 10-15 minute drive. Walk to the local Long Bay Hills beach was only 5 minutes and there was never more than a few people. We could always drive to a more populated beach if we wanted. Would recommend and stay here again.
