Es un hotel muy bonito, playa súper bonita, y sin tanta gente, alberca genial, cómodo, buen desayuno etc

No me gustó nadita que no hay casi tumbonas en la playa, el desayuno es bueno pero para comer y cenar malísimo, solo la pizza es más o menos; de ahí en más guácala todo hasta las bebidas guacala malísimas, el hotel está lejos de todo menos del aeropuerto y además es muy aburrido

Seda Lio is one of the best hotels to stay at during a trip to El Nido. Located directly on the Lio beach which is the most beautiful during my visit it is close to the airport with an electric shuttle running. Rooms are large, and overall facilities impressive with a large pool and direct access to the beach. Perfect to disconnect as during my stay, they were a limited number of people on the beach, despite hotel being full. Service is great, with a special mention to the Security team who provided great recommendations. Perfect stay, thank you!

well maintained. clean. safe. exclusive beach front away from backpackers/ riff-raffs, garden room ground floor is good. non slippery pavements even when wet, nik nik advisory posters around the vicinity. well lit beachfront and pathway to the commercial center. 24H duty security at the beach front and entrance/ exit are to commercial area. attentive lifeguard on duty. pool is maintained clean. friendly and attentive staff. very good breakfast buffet. expansive area thus you get the privacy and peace for relaxation you need and you travelled for.

not enough hooks to hung things in the bathroom. no towel bar in the bathroom. the hotel needs to look at addressing permanently the floor drainage/ slope because when it rains, the water accumulates on walkways and floors of the garden area building. the roofing also needs to be looked at as rainwater tends to drop down on certain corners without downspout does adding to the pooling of water. this will do away with the little sandbags placed on certain places to prevent water from flowing into the building and placing anti slip mats for walkways. nik nik abounds. management should look into consulting a plant doctor/ botanist to determine what plants can be planted (artemisia abrotanum) in the area to get rid of the sandflies. my daughter got ravaged by sandflies when she hang out in the pool cabana. add more shuttle cars so guests need not resort to hiring motorcycle to go to the commercial area because the hotel shuttle is out to pick up guests at airport. pool bar can have roll down natural made blinds/ cover so that when rain goes sideways (coming from the beach area) guests and food served at the pool bar will not get wet and can still continue to enjoy eating/ drinking. re-educate hotel staff how to address PWD concerns. an incident happened at the hotel parking area. we parked in the slot nearest to the exit and walkway to the garden room where we are checked in. the guards on duty hounded us and were forcing us to transfer parking because a big company (Nissan) will use the slot we parked in. we explained that we have a PWD with us and he walks using a cane. even though the guards saw the PWD, they still insisted up to the point they were belligerent. when the head guard came to accost us also, he saw the condition of the PWD and he apologized. this should have not happened in the first place because we are also a guest of the hotel and every guest, PWD or not should be treated fairly.

beautiful spot, right on the beach. amazing clean pool that doesn’t smell like chemicals. delicious breakfast. Awesome Seda Colada at the bar. sunset at night was wonderful. Peaceful stay. Rained in the morning but clear skies by noon. Close to shops, easy access to town. Amazing

no express laundry service. Brought ours to town they did it in 3 hours.
