We found the unit refreshingly spacious. Starting to think caravan park cabins/units are better than motels! Easy walk into the centre of town.
The inside of the unit was great. On leaving the unit there were quite a few caravanners opposite which made us feel not quite so private.

Very clean, tidy and comfy.
Little midgies came through the screens at night and were annoying around the night lamp. Not pleasant in the outside bathroom. I used the towels to swat them dead, if I was fast enough. Perhaps provide some insect repellant spray.

Good location with good sized rooms , kitchenette and clean bathrooms. Parking directly outside the door.
The reason I didn’t give it a higher rating was due to the hard mattress and hard pillows. The room smelled musty on entry but cleared up when I turned on the fan. The bathroom window without a screen was left open which meant that little bugs and mosquitoes had entered the room before I shut it after having to climb on a chair to reach it.
