Very nice apartment and very nice landlady

We loved staying in this property as the balcony from the bedroom overlooking the sea is truly lovely. Silvia was an excellent host - she gave us all the information we needed, left breakfast for us, and was accommodating with our check-in/check-out times. One thing we had not understood about this property is the shared corridor through the apartment to another property upstairs - and whilst the residents were very pleasant, we would still have rather known this from the advert. The bedrooms, kitchen, and living space were very clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner on this occasion. This said, the property is excellent and we would certainly consider staying again.

But the stay is spot on for a good vacation!
There’s a weekend market in the summer months. Took us by surprise but next time I’ll be sure to plan some time to enjoy

But the stay is spot on for a good vacation!

Mieszkanie jest na pierwszym pietrze ze wspólnym wejściem do mieszkania na drugim piętrze. Mieszkanie jest dość duże, typowe mieszkanie po babci i nadaje się do remontu. Największym mankamentem jest zbiornik wody na balkonie od strony kuchni i salonu w którym włącza się dość głośno pompa wody. Właścicielka typowa Włoszka, miła, sympatyczna i dość głośno mówi. Na mój gust i nie pierwszy pobyt we Włoszech, mieszkanie nie jest warte tych pieniędzy, maxymalnie 150zł/dobę

super séjour
situé à quelques pas de la mer, nous avons trouvé l'appartement de Silvia atypique , bien équipé et très confortable avec une bonne literie. Nous avons ainsi pu visiter une bonne partie de la région, et profiter des plages de galets blancs magnifiques et de sable fin de Marina di Pisa.
Silvia est très disponible, elle nous a accueilli chaleureusement.
il est très facile de trouver une place de parking dans la rue et comme la circulation est coupée en bord de mer en soirée (la rue devient piétonnière), les nuits sont calmes.
Nous parlerons de cet appartement à nos connaissances et gardons précieusement les coordonnées pour un prochain séjour

Breve soggiorno a Marina di Pisa
Bella e ampia abitazione stprica vicinissima al mare, con disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito. Ambiente fresco nonostante il clima estivo. Eccezionale la proprietaria Sig.ra Silvia per disponibilità e gentilezza. Da provare.

Sehr entspannt
Genau der ruhige Ort nach dem turbulenten Pisa - große Schlafzimmer, schöne Küche, das Badezimmer ist klein, aber zweckmäßig. Frau Melloni ist sehr entgegenkommend, hat gute Reisetipps. Die Wohnung liegt einen Steinwurf vom Meer entfernt, dort wird man von einem strahlend weißen "Marmorstrand" erwartet. Einige Meter entfernt liegt die Bushaltestelle, von der aus alle 30 Minuten Busse nach Pisa fahren. Für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca und Florenz gut machbar.

Clean and well placed for local ameneties. Very friendly and helpful owner.
The property was clean and large enough for 4 people. The facilities were fine with very comfortable beds. The availability of wifi was welcome. The kitchen was well equipped. It was less than a 200 metre walk to the beach and very close to local bus stops. Parking was easy outside the apartment. The bathroom was small but adequate.
The owner Silvia was very helpful.
Marina di Pisa is a delightful resort with all the amenities that you would need - clean (stony) beaches, supermarkets, ice cream, bars, restaurants and a frequent bus service to Pisa. Lots to see in the area - Pisa, Florence, Lucca, San Giminiano and more.
The only negative was the traffic noise which was probably due to the local drivers' love of acceleration at every opportunity.
We would certainly return to the property if we plan another holiday in the area.

The apartment was neat and clean and comfortable. All the amenities mentioned were available. The owner welcomed us with food and wine. Access to WIFI was definitely a plus. I would return and stay at this apartment any time of the year. You could view the Mediterranean Sea from the balcony and it was a short walk to the seaside.

Thank you for the nice holiday in Marina.
Die Wohnung war geräumig und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Atmosphäre freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Marina ist für einen Familienurlaub mit kleinen Kindern wärmstens zu empfehlen, besonders, wenn man gerne im Meer schwimmt. Der Ort ist im Oktober angenehm leer und man begegnet keiner Touristenüberflutung. Wir konnten von hier aus aber auch viele tolle Ausflüge (nach Lucca, Livorno ...) mit dem Öffentlichen Verkehr unternehmen.
Tipp: mit dem dem Bus nach Tirrenia fahren und von dort aus am Strand zurück nach Marina. Unsere dreineinhalbjährige Tochter war davon sehr begeistert. Bestimmt werden wir einmal wieder kommen."

"We were here in September. The apartment is located in the center of Marina di Pisa between the sea and the pine park (la pineta). If you are not afraid of stony beach without any service (and without any additional payment) this place is good for you. We had all we need. The apartment is very spacious, without dazzle, but clean. Cordial hostess is living above you and will help if you need something. Outside is a street that is not very noisy but you can hear going cars. Internet was fast and uninterrupted (that is good for planning your travel). Supermarket is near. If you feel a little bored you can reach Pisa in 20 minutes by bus.
