Ausstattung des Zimmers gut, sehr sauber. Freundliches Personal, erfüllt auch Sonderwünsche.

Leider kein Frühstück, war aber bekannt.

Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet, das Parken auf dem Parkdeck war im März 2024 kostenlos.

Obwohl ich 18 Tage vor der Anreise einen Hund angemeldet habe, wurde ich erst am Anreisetag darüber Informiert, dass dieser 20€ zusätzlich kostet. Bei den anderen Hotels unserer Reise kam die Info über Zusatzkosten direkt nach der Anfrage. Noch dazu nehmen andere Unterkünfte 5-15€ anstatt 20€ für einen Hund. Leider konnte ich das Zimmer nicht mehr stornieren, da die Auskunft (mutwillig?) erst nach dem Stornierungszeitraum kam. Leider war auch der einzige Fahrstuhl des Hotels defekt, so dass ich unseren 15 Jahre alten Hund jedes mal zum Gassi gehen 4 Etagen runter- und wieder hochtragen musste. Die Vorhänge sind rechts und links leider nicht komplett verdunkelnd, weshalb die Morgensonne ein recht früher Wecker ist.

die Temperatur an der Dusche läßt sich durch den elektrischen Durchlauferhitzer nicht optimal einstellen( entweder zu kalt, oder zu heiss )

The room was a nice size, with lots of light and facilities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice, there was also a decent kitchenette should someone stay for a few nights!

The walk to the hotel from the train station was not lit at night, and the booking in past their checking time was quite slow - however were very grateful they did have an out of hours check in as our flight was delayed!

Good sized rooms for a quick stop over, very close to the airport. The room was clean and had large beds. There was a machine to get the keys, so a late check in was possible.

It was not warm enough in the room and even the shower was only lukewarm. There was no staff on site, even during reception hours, so we could not ask any questions.

New, very nice hotel

Relatively new interior, clean, comfortable beds, the kitchenette offers everything you need for basic cooking. No noise from the airport, free parking, WiFi working fine. Norma supermarket at the ground floor. S-Bahn within 10-15 minutes walk (through a brownfield), taking an RB train to the city center is much faster (50 min direct S9 vs. 15+5 min RB24 with change to S-Bahn at Ostkreuz). Very close to A13 highway. The description and photos here are accurate.

Elevator out of order, the notice on its door looked quite old, so maybe it is not working for a longer time. Empty reception (during working hours written on its door) - you have to fully rely on the electronic check-in working. On the other hand, the machine requires only your name to check-in. We misread the confirmation e-mail and arrived sooner than 3 p.m. when the self-check-in starts. No instruction for check-out... so we just threw our door-cards into a letterbox behind the entrance door, hoping everything will be OK.
