the apartment was lovely,well equipped with everything you'd needed from hairdryer,to ironing board to beach towels coffee machine and capsules etc....Javier our host was very friendly and informative......

The apartment itself and the location are ideal.
Minutes from the restaurants, bars, shops, beach and marina. Also very well placed for walking, and we did a lot of miles every day exploring the are and surrounding hills.

Was really clean, cosy apartament, comfortable bed (160cm) and had two pilows (soft and litt harder). shampoon and shower gel was provided.
spot is very convenient, all bars and restaurants are around and beach is waking distance.
recommend this one, we stayed at 3B apartment (it was on 3rd floor without terrace, just 2 balconies with very beautiful view to the mountain and castle)
well we stayed from friday to wednesday, so on friday and saturday was very noisy, all around are many bars, people are outside staying, so be prepered with ears plugs( by the way in apartment they are provided for one person). in bedroom windows is double, but still u can hear noise, but we were prepared. u r staying in old town, so of course there will be noise.
But from working days, situation is much better, it's quiet (bars are closed), u even can sleep with open window.

the location right in the heart of old town central for bars restaurants etc . close to the beach and marina area and handy for buses and tram . the apartment was spotless and had everthing you would need for a short break .
it was a bit noisy at the weekend but we knew that when we booked and ear plugs were supplied ha ha . also be careful on the marble stairs as there’s a kind of quarter step that can catch you out . always put the light on in corridor would be my advice

The Interior Design & Host were phenomenal. Supplies & location were great. Accessible to every place like the beach & shops were close by. Jose was a great host! I definitely will come back to stay longer. I miss the Penthouse!
Only the noice, if people were making too much noice going out on the streets.

The lovely apartment it is very cosy and it has everything you need for the stay. It is situated in the heart of the town, surrounded by places of interest as well as restaurants and bars and supermarkets. The Market is a 10 min, the beach is at 5 minutes, you can explore Alicante just walking. We really enjoyed the stay.
A bit noisy some of the nights.

The guy who met us was very friendly and helpful. We were early so the place wasn’t quite ready. He sent us off for a coffee before he carried our bags up 3 flights of stairs!
Lovely apartment with a really comfortable bed, and wonderful views.
One thing missing was no air extraction in the bathroom.

Loved alicante
.In our sixties although young at heart. I think they could have told us it was in bar St. Absolutely no sleep. Spanish party till Late morning

It's in the middle of the old town. 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the local marked with lots of great food shops.
The bus to the airport stops at the harbour, which is 5 minutes to walk.
Very quiet neighborhood during the week days, as well as at night from Sunday to Tuesday. Perfect for partying from Tuesday to Saturday.
The apartment had lots of light and everything you need to cook and do the laundry
You get value for money.
Juan Ramon is super friendly and a wonderful host
From Wednesday to Saturday there is night full party in the neighbourhood, so it could be difficult to sleep before 3am.

Very cozy apartment in the centre of town, close to literally everywhere.
José was amazing communicating before the arrival, and we couldn't fault anything in the apartment.

The apartment is amazing. It is clean, nicely decorated and the location is really good. The kitchenette has everything needed for having light meals or a breakfast. Jose is very helpful and responded really quickly if we needed to ask anything. The location is on a bar area so during weekends there is noice, if you are a light sleeper that may be an issue. We enjoyed our visit regardless.
