location was very central yet very quiet. plenty of space and great rooftop balcony with sea view. All the mod cons with the facilities, well stocked kitchen, washing machine etc. Host (Gianni) very helpful, had great recommendations and allowed us an extended checkout which was really appreciated.

property was very centrally located in the old section of town. certainly well located to enjoy the very scenic city. To be in the old town, you have to accept the limitations imposed by the historical authorities and the outside of the property is authentic , but the inside is very much modern and comfortable. The host actually met our taxis blocks away to lead him to the property as we arrived late after dark. The host did everything possible to make our stay an enjoyable and restfully experience.

This is not necessarily the best property for the old or infirm as the steps may be a problem.

The apartment was great, spacious, clean, good smelling :) the rooftop terrace was big and it has seaview. it is situated in a great location, close to restaurants bars and points of interests from Polignano a Mare.

Wonderful place! Beautiful room with mezzanine, high stairs leading to a spacious terrace with sea views. Right in the centre of Polignano. But I rate the stay highly,mostly because of the owner who took care of us right from our arrival. Gianni, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your hospitality. Grazie mille!

There was nothing I could point that was wrong

Location is perfect to visit Polignano a Mare! Perfect terrace to enjoy the sun & sea and cosy kitchen to make food. Very easy to checkin & checkout Easy to park in front of appartment 3 minutes walk from historic city center & restaurants & sea

Excellent location, right. off the main drag for food, shops and cafes - Via Roma. Beautiful views of the sea from the ample sized roof-terrace. Gianni was our host and owns a local tour company, he was happy to provide us with plenty of info on what to do, without at all pushing his own tour offerings (he offered us plently of alternative ways to do things on our own), so we really appreciated that he was such an informative and attentive to our needs host. The apartment is clean, and well-equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchen, well fucntioning air-conditioning). The interior is really quaint too it has a vaulted-bricked style ceiling in local style. And again breakfasts from the roof terrace overlooking the sea, really drive home the experience. All in all this property was excellent and highly recommended. We will certainly stay here again, on future visits to Polignano a Mare.

Ciao a tutti! Speaking to the piont: we would like to return there again. Eerything was at the top: location, view of the sea from the terrace, utensils, the bed right under the celling, lovely cactus design. But the most we were impressed by the amicable, always ready to help owner, Gianni. ♥ P.S: a special thanks for the focaccia recipe :)
