A very warm welcome and a well appointed room with all that I required.
The location was exactly what I was looking for and the locality was extremely quiet.
I appreciated the off street parking which may be limited if the hotel is full.
On the outside the hotel belied what was encountered once entering.
A sign would be helpful.
The outside would benefit from some work in order to make the place pop and better advertise the lovely place it is.

Lovely B&B in a great location, bed was comfortable, room was clean, good value.
Check in/out was easy, free on-site parking, the host was great and I had a very tasty sausage and egg sandwich for breakfast!
If you're in the area and in need of somewhere to stay for the night, I recommend Avon Manor Guest House.

Great contact from hosts. Light and airy room. Comfy bed. Breakfast simple but fresh and hand delivered.
Shower door wouldn't shut, bathroom needs a lick of paint.
