Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur - South

The rooms were extremely clean with a very good breakfast. Good view from the rooftop too.

The elevators were difficult. Only two working elevators for that many guests made it extremely difficult. Sometimes we were waiting for 20 minutes and people would be extremely rude and push in to get into an elevator. We had to walk down 14 flights of stairs with our backpacks to make sure we got our train on time. I think it would be extremely beneficial if the third elevator was fixed. The hotel staff were helpful, with a very nice doorman. However, I was ignored a couple of times at the reception, and the conversation went to my partner who is male. If I am conversing, then I do not expect to be ignored.

The housekeeping staff and the doorman were so lovely, it was in a good location, close to the RMT, many shops also

One of the lifts were still broken and we were on the 22nd floor so long wait times

Service ist excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The elevators took over 10 minutes at times. As for the room I booked the Aircon wasn’t working. The blinds didn’t close the window completely or even close. And there was no hot water.
