Everything was perfect from my first message when booking.

Villa was lovely and well equipped.
Was slightly annoyed at having to buy toilet rolls as every where else we’ve stayed at this was included. Location very quiet and about 15 minute walk from amenities. Not alot going on around this area too quiet. Would choose a different location next time due to the location of the villa. Lots of problems with electrics at the villa. Fuses kept going off.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casa Palmers, which was a great base to explore both Fuerteventura and Caleta. We only wished we'd extended our holiday so we could have spent more time just relaxing at the villa.
The Atlantico Centre, with a Spar for groceries, shops and small eateries, is a 5 to 10 minute walk and Caleta centre, a 15 to 20 minute walk.
The villa was very clean and we found it comfortable and homely. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed.
The tv was great, and although we never usually watch tv on holiday, my husband was very pleased to be able to watch one of his Team's matches he wanted to see!
We only used the pool once, but it was a lovely temperature.
The exterior was very nice and the view of the golf course was lovely.
Communication with Joanna & Michal was great.
Casa Palmers is the 3rd villa we've stayed at on the same development and is our favourite. We hope to book it again on our next visit to Caleta de Fuste.

Lovely property with all the mod cons you need for either cooking in or walking to restaurants, only a couple of issues, one with the doors that were unfortunately broken, and no second parasol as base broken.
Overall wonderful time had by the grandchildren and all in and around the pool😘

Beautiful villa situated on Golf Course. I thought there would be lots of Golfers passing by but it was very peaceful. Outdoor space was great. Pool was lovely. (Cleaned twice during our stay). The villa itself was clean and well thought out.
It was only a short walk to the beach (10-15mins) and to the restaurants it took approx 20mins. Quiet resort, ideal for families. Would recommend to other families. There is a harbour too which is where you can book any water activities/ boat trips and you can also see sea lions there and chipmunks on the rocks!
Tip- We did an online shop for our groceries in England before we left for our holiday and got the supermarket to deliver on the day we arrived. (Mercadona Supermarket) which is really handy for the heavy products like water and cans.

4 mums decided to escape reality of home life for 4 nights, the location was fabulous, just a short walk to the shopping centre and a little bit further to the town. The accommodation was spotless with towels for each guest, the sun beds had their own cushions on which were the most comfortable sun beds ever and provided the perfect setting for sunny naps! The pool was perfect, if a little warm and the views of the sea and golf course were perfect.

Just come back from a week stay, had a great time, lovely spacious villa with nice scenery near to the beach with a really well heated pool. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a quiet break but close to shops, restaurant and the beach.

Place was clean, tidy and larger than expected. It was in a quiet residential area that was close/walkable to everything. The view of the golf course was lovely but still wasn't really overlooked making it great. It had everything you would need and booking and communication was easy. The heated pool was great. If considering booking you would not be disappointed, go for it

The villa and pool area are first class, clean modern and well kept. It really asked for nothing, we will defiantly be back.

The villa was just as promised, we had a well equipped kitchen, great outdoor space and furniture with clean and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms
Music system for us to connect to, tv (not used as we were outside),games and a fab pool
Location was ace 10 min walk to supermarket and shopping centre and lovely 30min walk along the promenade to town, beaches near villa much better and close to golf

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. It had everything that we needed for a relaxing break in Caleta de Fuste. The villa was perfect for us, with all the facilities we needed. The pool was very well-used!
We ate out most nights at several of the restaurants available. A 15-20 minute walk takes you to the main area. We loved Hopscotch, 15 and 555 where food was delicious.
There's lots to do around the harbour. We played mini golf; hired a pedalo; went kayaking and booked a trip on a catamaran. We hired a car for a few days and headed for Correlajo where you an go up a volcano or spend the day in the water park. But most days, we loved relaxing around our pool!
We would highly recommend this villa.

A lovely villa overlooking the golf course and within a ten minute walk to beach and shops.
The entrance to the property was straightforward with the alarm system. Only one key needed for unlocking everything. The villa was clean and provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Plenty of sun beds around the pool and a lovely place to spend the day outside relaxing in privacy. Had a short power cut. On contacting the manager we were informed the power cut was in the area and would be restored promptly, which it was. It was an enjoyable stay and would not hesitate returning again to the same villa.

Wonderful Villa for our winter sun break
We had a wonderful time in this Villa. It was beautiful inside and out and we could tell it was done with care. The pool was great and the area outside too. We loved the view over the golf course. The walk down by the sea into Caleta was lovely. Joanne was so helpful all the way through the process. Would thoroughly recommend!

This is a lovely villa and we had such a good week here. Jo was brilliant at communicating before we went and answered all questions quickly.
The villa is gorgeous and has everything we could have wanted. The pool was lovely and warm and there is plenty of seating outside. It looks onto the golf course but it’s so quiet you rarely see anyone on it.
It’s a 15 minute walk to the beach or a taxi varies from €3-€5 depending where you go to. A taxi to the airport was about €15.
Will definitely recommend this villa to all of our friends and family!

Jo went out of her way to work with us when we had a flight cancellation and missed flights, which was above and beyond her role as host. Check-in, updates, and rules were clearly communicated, and we were pleased with the COVID-19 protocols and the general cleanliness of the villa.
Jo provides excellent recommendations in the check-in pack to get your holidays off to a great start, especially for first-time visitors to the island.
The villa was very clean, and the pool and upstairs sun terrace provided hours of relaxation and fun. Everything in the house works, with plenty of cool and refreshing natural breeze—gorgeous view over the green golf course with the mountains in the background. So apart from the occasional golfers or the greens maintenance guys, you could sunbathe or lounge peacefully.
The neighbourhood is quiet and classy, and only 10 mins from the airport and less than 3 minutes to the shopping mall with supermarket, cinema, and restaurants. Lots of activities to do, and very close to the beach, but for more adventures on the island, this property is located only a 45-minute drive away from Corralejo in the north or 45 minutes to Costa Calma in the South.

Absolutely everything you could want is there and all to a very high spec. Even the plastic-ware to use in the garden seemed classy. The outlook over the golf course is tranquil and there was nothing nicer than sitting in the sunshine early morning with a cup of tea watching the early golfers. The pool was really warm and was cleaned every few days. I couldnt find anything to speak negatively about this wonderful Villa and would definitely recommend it. We certainly hope to return. Thank you Jo for allowing us to enjoy your fantastic holiday home.

Fantastic property & lovely host!
We booked this villa for 10 days last month for a family of 5. I can honestly say it was one of the best villas we have ever stayed in. It has a lovely outlook over the golf course, it was spotlessly clean, fully equipped and homely without being cluttered, just lovely.! Joanne was fantastic; super friendly and speedy with her responses. I would definitely recommend this villa.
My only slight criticism would be that more light is needed in the bbq area. As it was late October when we visited, it was dark by 6.30/7pm and you simply couldn't see a thing when trying to do a bbq. Other than that I couldn't fault it.

Fantastic Family holiday Villa
We have had the most fantastic stay at Casa Palmer. Such a quick and easy transfer from the airport. Taxi's are very reliable and reasonable to get to and from the main centre. Spar at the Atlantic had everything we needed. Plus bars and cinema, bowling and pool tables. All instructions/ information sent by Joanne were easy to follow and correspondence wonderful. All our questions were answered within hours of asking.On arrival we were delighted and instantly felt at home. There is everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one. Despite there being 6 adults we were not stuck for space as ample seating both indoors and outside all of which is comfortable. The roof terrace was our favourite sunbathing spot with views over the golf course and the breeze to cool us down. The extra touches of beach towels, full sky package, air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher just so good and catered for everybody. We loved the walk into Caleta roughly 20 mins. We were last here 22 years ago with our then 2 year old daughter and returned to celebrate our sons 21st birthday and success at getting a 2:1 from university. We really enjoyed Cafe del Town Tapas Bar/coffee shop and the eclectic mix in the The Dog and Duck Pub opposite. Fado as recommended was a favourite followed by a curry in Amores and wine near to the shopping centre. If you want live music and great atmosphere then Pieros is a must. There is plenty to do without leaving the resort and would not hesitate to book this villa again. Thanks for letting us share your property we have created memories that will last a lifetime.
