We found the cottage absolutely stunning even down to the Christmas Tree in the lounge. Everything about our stay was marvellous. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

This cottage is furnished and maintained to an exceptional standard and I could not fault it. It is in a quiet convenient location and was the ideal base for me whilst visiting family. I shall almost certainly return in future.

The house is lovely and exceeded every expectation. It is very spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped to a high standard. No expense has been spared having quality furniture, a well fitted and equipped kitchen, feather and down duvet, lovely bed linen, nice smelling bath sheets, huge TV, etc. etc. It is in a great position on a classy street of beautiful houses but with easy access to town, beach, park, golf, etc. Sadly, it rained for most of our time here so we didn't walk out at night to eat, as we had planned but the kitchen and house were so well equipped, we were very comfortable staying in. We would not hesitate to book this house again and will be recommending to others visiting the area.

Our stay at the cottage was excellent. We had everything we needed and lots of space. We were able to walk into town and the front. There were shops nearby for groceries. We would definitely like to stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family.

The cottage was lovely and Gerry tried hard to solve our problems mainly no dryer. I probably would not have rented if I had known there was no access to drying clothes. However, we managed. The cottage is in a lovely neighbourhood but you really need a car. In short I would only rent again if there was a dryer (we were there 3 weeks) and I would definitely rent a car.

Second time staying and will definitely return for a third stay. Good sized cottage and spotless. Quiet and about 25 mins walk into Ayr but bus stop at the bottom of the street.

Easy to book. Pre-arrival information E-mail very detailed, accurate and helpful. Cottage was warm on arrival, spotlessly clean and very well appointed with everything working. Bed and furniture was comfortable. Set in a quiet neighborhood and with no traffic noise.
The listing for this cottage is totally accurate and I would recommend without hesitation.

We stayed in the cottage for 3 nights in December. It was well equipped, comfortable and well presented. Instructions were sent through by Gerry in plenty of time, even though we booked at short notice. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Having previously stayed in the cottage twice before we were again not disappointed This well maintained cottage is situated in a lovely quiet street with on site parking. It has everything you would need to ensure a comfortable trouble free stay. Gerry the owner is easily accessible by email and quick to respond should you have any queries. It is now our go to place if available for short breaks to Ayr.

This property surpassed our expectations! It was in a really nice area of Ayr. We used it as a base to play golf at Turnberry and the Dundonald links. There are so many courses in the area you are spoilt for choice. The bungalow was lovely and spacious, very clean and had everything you could need for a stay. Coffee, tea, etc were provided to get you going. Everything in the kitchen and rest of the house was spotless. Plenty of hot water on demand. If we return to this part of Scotland we will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful find. The property was absolutely great and in a really nice location/neighbourhood. Gerry sent me all the information regarding check in well in advance of our stay and also recommendations for places to visit and dine out which was much appreciated. This is a beautiful 1-bedroom cottage in a very quiet suburban neighborhood, with easy access to activities and restaurants. Top-end finishes, with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The host Jerry is great, he’s responsive and flexible. When our travel plans change last minute, he happily worked with us to update our stay. We will be returning on our next visit to Scotland.

Staycation in Ayr
We were very happy with our choice of the Cottage for our week’s holiday in Ayr. It was situated in a quiet street with good off road parking. When we walked in we were pleasantly surprised how spacious it was, it was very clean & well presented. It was light & airy too. It had everything you would need & felt like a home from home. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach & a bit longer into town but that wasn’t a problem. The cottage is very comfortable, especially the bed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when we are in the area.

This property had everything one would need for a couple on a nice break away from it all .It is a very well apportioned house with all mod cons and in excellent decorative order. Really beautiful place. If we are over in Ayr again we would love to stay again subject to availability. It's accessible which was our first priority. We would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone to stay in . It was a fantastic experience overall.

Ideal location
The property was ideal for access to the sea front. My husband has a mobility scooter which we could safely park outside as the wall and gate provided privacy. Good sized rooms , comfortable and warm, brilliant shower in a spacious bathroom. Excellent bed.
