One of the staff members down at check in was very rude. She was short and the look on her face made you not want to ask anything else

Style and amenities
Staff at check- in was absolutely rude, lazy and indifferent. Walked out of this hotel, but came back to win my battle. Was placed in another part of the hotel and the person checking us in the first time hid in the back the whole time we were speaking with different clerk. Kudos to Josh for being so helpful and knowledgeable WHILE IN TRAINING.

The location and view of the Mississippi was excellent. Location of my room was great... near the elevators and on the top floor so the view was lovely. The discount price for the two nights is the reason I chose this hotel.
The plumbing in our room needs work, as well as the air conditioner. The tub didn't drain while showering and the sink water didn't shut off immediately. I had the a/c as low as it would go but it never got cold enough for us.

The rate difference, was $20 more upon check in? And then the room i had booked was unavailable

We never got our deposit back. When I asked about it they said we returned it and told me to check with my bank 😔.
I am disappointed that I didn't get the deposit refund.

It was clean and quiet on a Sunday evening. the hotel and the casino seemed to be totally separate yet under the same roof.

We went to the concert in the convention center. Skywalk was wonderful. Great for older adults!!

The room smelled, The casino was dirty. There were cigarette butts and ashes all over the machines.

No water in our room #613 on Friday March 24 2023 and absolutely no hot water the morning of Saturday March 25 2023. Since there was apparently a water main break(we were told this much) why WASN’T there a boil order on and all involved not informed, a real health hazard, just tells me management doesn’t care! Don’t stay at this hotel!
