To much noise above, hard to sleep,,in the morning house keeping was vacuuming at lik 930 am, woke us up,terrible

Room is clean and had great amenities

They would like you to bring out your trash, which isn't a big deal but the trash bins are in the stairwell. They should have something downstairs by check out.

What breakfast? The gentleman who was working the night of 1/20 was very accommodating and deserves credit. Unfortunately I do not remember his name. He fixed a situation that we brought to the front desk earlier in the day. He was able to change one of rooms and keep us close on the same floor.

We had two rooms together. One of the rooms had a rancid smell. We went to the front desk and the woman said everyone has a different sense of smell. She did say we could move the room but it wouldn't be on same floor or they could spray something. They sprayed, we went out and when we returned the smell was still very rancid. Upon our inspection, we found a garbage bag under the sink with rotten food. Also the bathtub was dirty.

We always stay at the Candlewood Suites and it is always nice, friendly and clean.
