The host couldn’t do enough to make us feel comfortable. He was exceptional, from start to finish he kept in close contact shared videos on how to find the property and shared a list of amazing food and drink recommendations. The space itself was just incredible too, nothing was forgotten down to the detail.
The stairs but that’s to be expected

The views were incredible! You had a 360 degree panoramic view. It was so so stunning. And the staff was lovely, so helpful and kind.
The stairs was a lot. But we were warned about it and you can hire a great luggage service at extra charge.

The host met us and assisted bringing luggage and gave us helpful hints.
Daily room service and clean towels excellent.
Too many steps for us including in the bedroom steps to toilet/ bathroom.
Many keys to get in and out which didn’t allow one to remain in room.
Room warm air con set minimum of 20c
No window , only skylight which let a lot of heat in.
