The hotel is great, we had breakfast included and were pleasantly surprised, a great choice of options and all very tasty. The rooms were spacious and Clean and the 4 bottles of water left daily were a bonus The staff were all very friendly. A great pool area as well. In a great location, with the beach 5mims away and plenty of food options all within 5-10minute walk.

My only comment would be some more shade around the pool area, the parasols are very small and don't provide much shade.

Food around the pool wasn't the best so I'd recommend going out to eat

Staffs were very accommodating. Great service overall. The room was clean, AC worked well. Breakfast was excellent. I was concerned about construction noise from other reviews - there is a construction site right beside the hotel (End of June 2023) but I didn't hear any noise at night at all and most of the daytime either. Location was great, you can get to the beach in 5minutes walk, lots of good restaurants/shops in walking distance, getting Grab was fast and easy.

Noise from the other rooms. Rooms are not sound proof Noise from the back side due to constructions Breakfast box that i reserved for the first day was very poor......was almost nothing inside. Matress was a bit hard On top of that i asked he reception to top up My sim card and was sent to a scammers shop nearby. Had to pay 100IDR just to realize that sim is not working.....was very dissapointed to be honest. Besides the day i left even before check out time i received a phone call from the reception "to inform me that check out time is 12:00". Was quiet surprising.

The resort was clean and beautiful, and everyone was really organized. My bags got to my room before me, which was really nice. High tech ordering system. Beautiful room and pool area was amazing too..

This place is great if you're into hotel chains. However, it doesn't seem value for money for me as you can get villas at a lesser price with more amenities and private pools. Great food also.

Everyone was Friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we were part of their Family. Rooms were immaculate, Comfortable large Bed. Loved our different Towel Animals. Food was delicious, great variety, and again everyone was attentive and ready to help We will be Back.
