Location and facilities are great

Breakfast was poor, lukewarm at best and any ‘to order’ eggs took an hour if they ever arrived.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The buffet was very generous & delicious. I loved eating on the terrace each morning. There were activities every day to connect with the customers. They staff were able to offer answers to all of my questions. We loved the cute towel animals left on the bed, the welcome flowers & the sweets left on the table each night. It was a great stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Staff I stayed here for 10 days and honestly couldn’t fault the place. The entire resort was extremely clean, beautifully maintained and a fantastic place to stay while in Canggu. What really made the stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every single person I dealt with was friendly, welcoming and genuinely seemed to care about their guests. At one point during my stay I became quite sick and didn’t leave my room for about a day and a half. The staff actually noticed they hadn’t seen me around and asked my mate where I was and whether I was okay. Not long afterwards, they sent complimentary ginger tea and toast up to my room. That small gesture really stuck with me. It wasn’t something they had to do — it was simply genuine care and incredible hospitality. After staying for 10 days, I came away extremely impressed. The cleanliness, service and especially the staff were absolutely first class. I would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Canggu. A very well deserved 5 stars. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so memorable.

Great staff and service overall. Good location

This was the 3rd time I’d stayed at your hotel and I was underwhelmed at a few things. Breakfast was disappointing, juices were all watered down, no barista onsite to make fresh coffee, no pineapple. Wooden Deck surrounding the pool area was rotten and broken in many places. Needs to pulled up and replaced with fresh deck, my sun lounger fell through some of the rotting deck and I was lucky not to hurt myself. Also tiles on the bottom of the swimming pool were coming away and leaving sharp areas on floor that can cut feet. Pool need to be drained and tiles fixed. I don’t think I’ll be staying again unless the above issues are addressed as they really impact the experience my family had at the hotel.
