Die vor kurzem renovierte und mit allem Komfort ausgestattete Wohnung hat ihre Stärke in der Terrasse, von der man eine spektakuläre Aussicht über die Stadt und die umliegenden Hügel hat. Unbezahlbar, ein Glas Wein bei Sonnenuntergang nach einem Tag voller Sightseeing zu genießen.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit super ausgestatteter Küchenzeile, amerikanischen Kühlschrank, einem Schlafbereich mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern mit Fenster und Dusche.
In einem der Zimmer kann ein drittes Bett hinzugefügt werden und die Betten können nach Bedarf eingeteilt werden.
Zur Verfügung steht ein Kinderbett für die Kleinen.

The apartment was well equipped,comfortable & quiet with fabulous views out over Verona from the outside patio. Close to restaurants,supermarket & about 10 mins walk into Verona & the railway station. An enjoyable stay!

The view from the balcony is wonderfull.
You find everything you need in this appartment. The dishwasher and big freezer are very usefull. The beds are comfortable and everything is nice and clean. We felt verry well in this rooms and Rosella is a nice and friendly host.
Her informations about the city, restaurants etc has been very helpfull for us. Thanks!

We were a group of 3 friends in Verona for a getaway without the kids! The apartment was amazing and the roof terrace, with the stunning view, just made it so special. The apartment is finished to a high spec and beautiful furnished. There was everything you could possibly need (both bathrooms had hair dryers in the cupboards!) and we thoroughly loved just being there and having drinks on the terrace in the sunshine. It was great fun being able to identify all the towers in the distance even just after one day in the city. Verona itself is a beautiful city with so much to do and see. It did not take long to become familiar with the area and we even had our own ‘local’ cafe (Cafe Gaston) where we went for coffee and croissants in the morning!
The apartment is an easy 10/12 min walk from the station, and then only 10 mins walk to Piazza Bra. There were just too many great places to eat, and we thoroughly indulged our sweet tooth at all the amazing pasticcerias in the city! And we loved wondering about and stopping at lovely cafes for glasses of wine. I just wish we had had longer. But we will most definitely be back…Thank you Rosella and family for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful few days in Verona and the apartment was just perfect for my family of 4. The location was fantastic and the view from the balcony over the city was breathtaking. No complaints at all.

Well appointed apartment in great location with fantastic views of Veron
My family of five stayed in this lovely apartment. It is a 10 minute walk to either the train station (for a quick day trip to Florence) or to Piazza Bra for the Opera or just to immerse yourself in the life of Verona. Hosts were quite helpful and everything was as described. The porch has an amazing panoramic view of the city.

LOVELY apartment for a stay in Verona
The pictures don't completely reveal how spacious and light-filled this lovely apartment it. Very sleek modern design, with exemplary use of space. Comfortable beds, including shades to darken the room and good A/C. Some kitchen implements but no pantry items, so you have to bring in everything you need to cook. Location was very convenient. Rosella was charming and very helpful. I would love to stay there again!

Very responsive owner, grea location.
Ideal location to train station and other sites, spotless, roomy. Roselle was extremely prompt in responding to all queries during our stay. All in all, the perfect spot!

Excellent emplacement near the train station, very well kept and very clean appartement. Two full bathroom with showers, no need to bring anything except your vino ! ;o)

Penthouse living at its best!
We had a fabulous three night stay in this beautiful penthouse apartment. Rosa arranged a taxi to meet us at the airport, which took us straight to the apartment where we met Valentina who explained where to find everything. The apartment is huge but still homely. It has two big bedrooms, two well equipped shower rooms and a huge living/dining/kitchen space with lovely leather sofas and an enormous dining table. The roof terrace offers sublime views across the city and is the ideal place for an aperitif before setting out for dinner.
The apartment is well located, a short walk from the railway station and a similar short walk into the main town. Rosa left us quite a lot of information on restaurants and bars, and we were able to sample some of them (but couldn't find a couple). Everything was within easy walking distance of the apartment.
The apartment was secure and the neighbourhood felt very safe - important for ladies of a certain age! It was very quiet, none of the usual city centre noise but still had a good range of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

A nice, modern and clean apartment.
We - two couples- stayed 3 days in Rosella's apartment.
Nice, modern and clean, good beds; everything was in the apartment.
Her husband Luigi explained us everything in the apartment, and showed us shops, nice restaurants and the highlight be seen from the terrasse.(see the picture)
Town is 10 minutes by foot, lake Garda 30 minutes by car.
A very nice place to stay; and to come back!!

Excellent apartment and location
My friends and I have recently returned from a stay at the apartment. Rosella met us on arrival and gave us a lovely welcome and spent time with us to show where the best places to visit were located, although we didn't need her assistance again we were free to call on her again anytime we might need anything.
The apartment is modern, tastefully decorated, well equipped and clean and has lovely views from the terrace. The location couldn't be better as it's close to the centre of the city in one direction and close to the rail and bus station in the other direction, ideal for seeing the city itself and for getting transport links to other areas. Whilst there we visited Venice, Lake Garda, Padova, Vicenza and Mantova - all within easy travelling distances and well worth seeing, Verona itself was easy to get around on foot.
We would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in this area.

Fantastic apartment
This was our second visit to Rosella's fabulous apartment. The place is clean, well equipped and in such a great location. Rosella always responds promptly and is incredibly helpful and cheerful.
We have visited in February and November and will be back again very soon, this time in the summer. Already looking forward to returning.

Beautiful flat with spectacular view.
We were met by Luigi who showed us how everything worked, gave us a map of the area, and told us where to find everything we needed. The apartment was nicely furnished and very clean. The location was a short walk to the old town and from the train station. It was perfect for us.

Genoten van deze levendige stad. Het was wel erg warm!

Phenomenal apartment with great views
This is a fantastic, modern apartment with all the kitchen necessities (and more). It's comfortable, has AC in each room, and has recently been updated. Rosella was wonderful and helpful, and made our stay very comfortable. Nice, safe area.

Perfect place in perfect location
We really enjoyed staying at Rosella's apartment. For us, it was particularly well-located; 10 minutes from Piazza Bra (where the Arena is) and 10 minutes from the train station. We did not have, nor need a car for our day trips.
Rosella is very cheerful and helpful -- she gave us a thorough walk-through of the apartment, and spent time with a map circling restaurants and churches for us to visit. (Ristorantino Calcirelli, nearby, was fantastic; we never would have found it on our own). Verona is a very lovely town -- big enough to be a real city, but small enough to walk across.
The apartment is very clean, tidy, and spacious for 2 couples. The bathrooms were modern and clean. The kitchen (we like to cook) is well-equipped, and from the kitchen one can look through the glass door to the roof deck with the views that you see on the website. Be aware that the other windows are high up (it's the penthouse floor) which let in plenty of light; your main view is that one from the kitchen and the roof deck. But what a view! We enjoyed having an after-dinner drink and hearing faint cheers and clapping from the Arena concerts.
Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful apartment, wonderful hospitality
Our stay at the Apartment Panorama was a highlight of our trip. My family of 5 had a lovely three night stay. Our three children, ages 4, 6 and 16 comfortably shared the second, spacious bedroom. The apartment is well appointed and very clean. Furnishings are stylish and comfortable but also very child-friendly. Rosella was a wonderful host. She met us upon arrival and provided us with city maps, restaurant recommendations, and information about our immediate surrounds, etc. She even provided breakfast for our first morning. The kitchen is truly equipped for cooking, which is often hard to find in vacation rentals. The apartment is very well positioned for every convenience in the modern part of town (a bar at the ground level, grocery store across the street, and a high quality alimentari and an excellent gelateria around the corner!). It's also a very short walk (10 min) to the arena and historic city center. We are discerning travelers that have traveled extensively in Italy with our children. Rosella's apartment is among the very best apartment rentals we've experienced. I would recommend it both to adults and to families with children.

Great apartment, great view, great host
We stayed in this apartment two nights from 8/01-10/01, but if we could we would stay much longer))) The aparment is ideal for 4 people or 2 couples. The hostess takes care of her guests, tells about the city, which way to go, what to look at and where the great pizza is!
So, I 'd say this is 11 out of 10 for sure))).
