Location

First staff member at reception with short hair was not very friendly however girl in long dark hair made up for her. Outsude my room aircon unit was very noisy but twenty off around 12.

The location was great, close to the centre on aya Napa and all restaurants.

We loved our stay at the hotel. Location is the best - at the center, but not on the loud streets, 2 mins from bus stations and 10 to the port and the beach which is amazing. The rooms are modern, spacious and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool area is small, but cozy, with enough sun beds, water is nice and warm. The bar is also an advantage if you want to grab some coffee or a refreshing cocktail for reasonable price. What we loved the most was that on our last day, they let us stay as long as we wanted. They kept our suitcases for us and allowed us to continue using the pool, which was really appreciated. Such a lovely staff. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was that the breakfast was the same every morning. However, they did have different fresh and tasty fruits each day. We highly recommend this hotel and lots of love for Cyprus, the best island we’ve been to.🩵

The location and beds were comfy

The room was not clean, bedsheets had stains on it but it did smell clean, the bathroom still had a used soap bar in it and when we asked for the room to be cleaned the room was only mopped and the bathroom was not touched at all the towels were still left there and the new ones were just thrown on our bed and also the trash from the toilet was not taken out and bedsheets were not changed at all and we stayed for 5 nights
