Great centrally located fully equipped two bedroom apartment with U-bahn station right outside the door and plenty of restaurants/cafes/shopping/grocery stores within walking distance.

Beautiful place, perfect for our family of 3. The apartment was nicely appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were some great restaurants close by and nice grocery store just a short walk down the street. Public transport was very close making very easy to get around. Tanja was great at communicating, highly recommend staying at this property.

The property is lovely and so close to transportation it makes getting around SO convenient. The dead end street is very quiet and we slept very well. The gentlemen who checked us in were fabulous and helpful. The only frustration was after we left we received a message that they said we had done several items of damage and were going to be charged additionally. They said we broke the blinds but I had put the blinds up that very morning we checked out and everything worked perfectly..The photos that were received as "evidence of the damage" were very unclear and one didnt even look like the same unit we stayed in. I tried to call the manager several times and never reached her. I emailed her and asked her to call me and she did not. Instead my credit card was charged with the maximum damage amount and I never heard from them again. I have learned from this that I need to do a walk through with the property manager and check out as well as check in....Safe Travels!

Location and space were excellent. We were a family of 4 very happily staying there. Living kitchen space were great. Shower was a bit tight but overall we would definitely recommend this apartment.

This comfortable two bedroom apartment was exquisitely located a few short paces from the entrance to the local underground station. It is also within easy walking distance to restaurants shops cafes bakeries and bottle shops. The apartment is very well appointed with all appliances one would expect in a modern home including importantly a very good washer and dryer. The only criticism we have is that the layout is a little unusual in that the bathroom/toilet is effectively between the two bedrooms and in order to get to the second bedroom one has to walk through the bathroom. Didn’t really bother us as we are a family of three but it might be a little awkward for two couples sharing.

Beautifully designed apartment steps from U-bahn. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants. Wonderful agents Tommy and Wolfgang even saved us a parking spot in front. We especially enjoyed reading the writings on the light in the living room. Loved this apartment and will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Munich.

This is the first time I rented an apartment on VRBO and it was actually much larger than it appeared in the pictures! The apartment is spotless with two large bedrooms and one large bath, a lovely kitchen with separate eating area and a large living room. It is perfectly appointed with everything you'll need for your stay. The washer and dryer is newer with instructions in English. The apartment is very quiet and is conveniently located steps away from a subway stop. You'll be eight minutes from the Munich Center and all the attractions and train stations. The apartment is on a lovely, quiet street on the first floor which was a bit of a concern but Munich is so very safe that crime is nearly non-existent and the first floor was perfect. The apartment owner was easily reachable by phone, text or email and Tommy was waiting for us when we arrived. It's an easy 30 minute trip from the airport. There are two grocery stores within walking distance, and several bakeries, a cheese shop and a target-type store right around the corner in case you forget something. If you are a runner or a cyclist, there are lovely, safe running and bike paths right along the river where many people run, walk and cycle.I really can't say enough about the apartment, I will absolutely rent there again the next time we are in Munich.

This is a great apartment right on top of the u-bahn. We loved that it was only a 25 minute walk to Marienplatz which gave us the freedom to walk or train. Lovely little neighborhood. The place was very clean and modern. Agree with all the other reviewers about the setup with the bathroom and second bedroom but if you're there with family it's not such a big deal. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for check-in is because our train was late arriving, had no idea exactly how long it would take, and as a result the representative who helped us had to run to meet another client and we got a very rushed check-in. We covered the basics but I didn't get to ask about restaurants and places to visit in the neighborhood. It would be great if there was more information on the local places in the apartment.

We loved our stay at this Puro apartment. We are a family of 5 with children ages 7, 7, and 8 and needed a space to eat, relax, and sleep comfortably. The apartment is very nicely appointed, in a very quiet area, and near to a metro stop to go wherever you want quite easily. Check in and out was very easy and we loved every minute of our time at this place and in Munich. We highly recommend!

The home was nice and modern and located right at the steps of the U Bahn which was great for travel. The check in process was great and nice to be met to go over everything. The cleanliness was the only real issue. There seemed to be hair from prior guests everywhere including on the bed and in the closets and shelves in bedroom. There were also mystery stains on the comforter. Other than that, the place was very well appointed.

Beautiful accommodations. Exceptionally clean and in a perfect location close to restaurants, grocery, and right next to the U-train station. Well worth it when passing through Munich. Thank you Tanja for sharing your lovely space with us!

The photos and description of the apartment are absolutely accurate- it is like a show home. I would say it’s perfect for a couple, using the second bedroom as a dressing room. As others have commented the access to the second bedroom through the bathroom could be awkward otherwise. Very well equipped kitchen with some pantry essentials supplied. No air conditioning which was a slight problem as we had hot and humid conditions during our stay. However the apartment is on the ground floor of an historic building (thick walls) and did maintain a reasonable ambient temperature. There were table fans provided, which although noisy kept night time temperatures manageable. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would have made all the difference. The apartment is on quiet road and perfectly positioned for access to the metro. We didn’t hear any noise from people accessing the metro station - the entrance outside the apartment is only one of at least three entrances and not busy. Very central location - only three stops from the main railway station. No need to get a cab even with luggage as there are escalators for access at both ends.

Property was as advertised. Very clean great location and Tanja was very detailed at check in process and helpful with restaurants and grocery stores. Overall would highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay--family of five. Only real challenge is the bathroom between the two rooms means the back bedroom person can get trapped, which happened a few times. Other thing is that it would be great to have better pillows--pillows seemed more decoration than anything else. Also make sure to bring your own soaps, including laundry detergent if you plan to wash clothes. But in all lovely and just like its pictures.

This place worked out great for 4 of us. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Tanya is easy and prompt to communicate with. We loved the local beer garden and there are a few other great parks walking distance that you can stop for coffee and grocery store for fresh fruit and veggies. We definitely will tell others about this place.

Modern and clean with all the kitchen necessities. Short walk to a grocery store and undreground station steps away. We loved our stay in Munich and this was the perfect home base for a family of 4.

Nice location. Convenient to UBahn as such can be quite noisy until 11pm and beginning at 4am. Accommodations are nice but 2nd bedroom is accessed via bathroom. Person in 2nd bedroom May be trapped by bathroom in use

Absolutely beautiful apartment in the heart of Munich. Owner met us when we arrived and warmly welcomed us to Munich. She made herself available via phone if we had any questions about the property, the city, the transit system, stores, restaurants etc. We were there for 2 weeks and kept commenting how blessed we were to be staying in this beautiful home. We cooked breakfast daily, and several evening meals as well. Grocery stores were 1-3 blocks away. Great late night eating restaurants within walking distance as well. Apartment was beautifully furnished. We especially enjoyed having a washer/dryer in the home. Thank you Tanja, for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend others to stay here on their next visit to Munich.
