Die einstöckige Villa (70qm), perfekt eingerichtet und ausgestattet, Teil eines Dorfes bestehend aus Reihenhäusern, liegt direkt am Meer ohne Straßenkreuzungen und ist ebenfalls in einen herrlichen Park eingebettet.
Das Ferienhaus (für 4-6 Personen) besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer (35qm) mit Küchenzeile und zwei Schlafsofas, Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Draußen eine große Veranda mit Blick auf das Meer, voll möbliert und umgeben vom Garten. Innerhalb des Dorfes gibt es für die Gäste zwei Tennisplätze (gegen Gebühr), ein kleines Bar-Restaurant und ca. 300m. Restaurant mit Blick auf Tavolara, Service-Center für Hilfs- und Ausflugsorganisationen und privater Parkplatz.

Lovely little apartment, 2 bedrooms (2nd bedroom has twin rooms is a bit small but manageable) both had wardrobe and drawer space. Clean and comfortable. Communication with Fausta was excellent and Lorenzo onsite who helped us check in was fantastic with lots of tips of where to go. There were some basics provided, 1 toilet roll, some handsoap and washing up liquid but a small amount. We ere happy to leave any leftover food and basics there for the next person. Gardens are kept immaculate (the seagulls are very noisy!) and it's only a few min walk to a lovely beach. We ate in the local restaurant twice on the beach which was excellent and such a beautiful setting. overall really enjoyed our stay - thank you

Row house, with more or less all necessary amenities. Just a dish washer is missing - which is totally ok. Parking 30 m away. Beach approx. 200 m away. A pure sand beach just 5 min by car away. We loved it 🙂

I spent one week in this beautiful place. This little villa, surrounded by a lash park is the ideal place to spend very relaxing holiday, but in the mind time, thanks to the ideal position, enjoy the san teodoro's night. This house in fact is just 5 minutes walking away from a caribbean sea and 5 minutes from the center of the town. Thanks again to the owners who were very careful and always ready to help us. I hugely recommend this place and I will definitely come back hopefully in the near future.
