Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay in Jen's condo. We were there for a dance competition and the convention centre was less than a 5 minute walk away. The proximity to the beach was amazing. We used the fold away bed and air mattress for our two kids as the pull out couch isn't super comfy to sleep on but other than that this place was great for our family.

This place literally is only a few feet from the beach, which is fantastic and is located in a section of Ocean City that is busy but not as busy as the south end. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay more. Our only negative would be that the mattress on the pull-out couch has seen better days and is pretty uncomfortable. But besides that, would definitely stay there again!

3 night family stay 2 adults 2 kids 10 and 13. First time to OC. Jen's rental has everything you would need. It is immaculately kept and if by chance you did have a concern, your response time would be instant. Some reviews mentioned tight fit parking, I own a larger suv, Highlander, and we were able to back in just fine. Just grab the parking pass from the folder!So close to the beach, down the stairs and you are there! Amazing sunrises- set your alarm it is worth it. If you have kids, grab some boogie boards and you have 12 hours of fun set, the waves are so fun! The beach is clean, the lifeguards are kind. If you are active, you can walk the beach to the boardwalk, it's about 20 minutes to pick up on 28th st. Roundtrip for a morning run to the start of the boardwalk and back was around5.5 miles. Or parking is simple, you can use a meter or pay $10 for a boardwalk lot. Walked to restaurants and shops each night. Driving home now and kids are already asking to go again! I think 3-4 nights would be ideal to stay and get a feel for ocean life. Thanks for the memories!

This was such a lovely stay for us. The condo was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Close enough to be near the fun of Ocean City but also in a more relaxed area. I would definitely recommend!

Nice 1 bedroom condo with parking, a little tight in the parking garage just 1 floor down. Seems to be recently renovated and has all appliances needed. Would stay here as it was quiet and convenient. Owner was very responsive and actually reached out to let us know it was ready for us to stay earlier in the day.

Stayed at the owners 40th Street condo with the wife and 3 kids (all age 6). The place is clean, neat and had all you need to enjoy the stay. The bed is comfortable, pull out worked great for the kids, Roku provided us the kids shows while we cooked. It’s up to date, well stocked and again, just steps to the beach. We will return. The owner is very friendly and responds to your questions immediately. There is parking under the condo and right outside of it. We went late June and parked off street, no problem. Had the assigned parking spot in the pocket. The pictures are accurate, the place is up to date, clean, owner very nice/responsive. Rent it.

Steps from the beach. Right in the heart of Ocean City. Wonderfully decorated, clean and homey. What more could you ask for? Our stay here was simply amazing!

Jen’s condo was great. The location was right next to the beach and not too far up on Coastal Highway. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

This unit is practically oceanfront, but without the oceanfront prices—just steps to the beach and directly across from the Convention Center, It is within walking distance of many OC favorites. Condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Owner was wonderful to communicate with and we would definitely book another stay!

Jen's place was just enough space for myself and girls to spend the first of our traveling holidays. Jen's home was fully stocked with coffee, clean, and in perfect proximity to all the best places in OC. I would definitely stay again.

Jen is super friendly and responsive. The parking place is perfect and close. The beach is just a few steps away. The location is perfectly far enough away from boardwalk and close enough to all local needs. Ideal for families of all ages....

We loved the place! It was the perfect size for just my husband and I. The whole unit was wonderful, greatly decorated and modern. The bed was super comfy and we loved the balcony in the evenings. Plus the covered parking was great extra perk. Jen is fantastic - super responsive and just a pleasure to talk too. We will look forward to staying again.

Stayed overnight. Me and a friend needed a place to stay before our ride on the Seagull Century. Inexpensive, clean, lots of places to dine, and close to the beach.

We stayed at this condo for the first time and would love to come back! Perfect location, easy access to the beach and such a lovely, condo. Jen takes pride in her place and it shows! Such a wonderful host!
