Lovely cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very family oriented with a range of games, toys, books and dvds for all ages, many quite retro (loved the nerf balls!)
Located in the centre of the town with a cafe next door, and directly across the road is the general store, pub and another cafe. Easy flat bike ride to the caves and a small playground 400m away.

Plenty of drawers and cupboards to store clothing.
Split system in lounge room which we needed on the hot days.
Would be nice to have more flywire sceens on more windows to allow natural airflow through the house.
Sleeps 8 comfortably.
Communications with host were great. Very understanding and accommodating.

This property was clean, comfortable and right near shops and Hotel. Secure clean yard for our little dog with a verandah for her to look out from. Everything we required was supplied and it was even nicer than the Web photos. Value for money.

The location of the cottage was amazing - a very short stroll to the bridge, a playground and right across the road from the cafe/general store/pub. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals and a few nice touches like teabags. It was nice to have some books and games for the children at the cottage too.

Perfect!
Such a charming cottage in a beautiful location, could not have asked for more. The cottage itself was spotless, beds very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and will return if in the area again. Buchan itself is a beautiful hamlet in East Gippsland with so much to see and do in the area. An added bonus was being able to take our furry friend. The cottage is very well fenced with plenty of grass to play on. Perfectly situated in the centre of town with the morning sun to enjoy at the front and the setting sun on the back verandah.
