Location, cleanliness breakfast buffet. Great price for quality

Booking had a bug and it showed in their system I had two bookings. The reception was very nice but I lost 45 min of time to clarify and it still seems unclear.

The breakfast was Fantastic! Coffee and Cappuccino large selection of food. Made to order eggs. Also the location and staff were top notch! Located right next the the Dom/Römer U-Bahn station making it easy to get anywhere. Most sites are within easy walking distance.

We had no problems at all with our stay. It was awesome!

It was in a central location, walking distance from the train station, to shops, restaurants and Rommerberg. The food was delicious, the beer was so good. Would definitely stay here again.

there was an issue upon arrrival regarding overbooking, but they accomadated us to the best of their ability and then resolved the issue the next day--- ( it would have been nice to get a discount coupon for a meal at the resturant because of this inconvenience : ) a little noisy near the elevator... maybe some signage would help with that.

Excellent breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful. Our luggage was stored as we went sightseeing. When we returned at 10pm, all the luggage had been put in our room! We returned to Germany after another trip. We were very tired and arrived at 8 am. Our room was available and we were allowed an early check-in for which we were grateful.

The hotel is located in the Old Town which is a lovely, convenient place the stay. The attached restaurant, Paulaner am Dom, is a great place for German food. The room was a good size and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in in Europe! The breakfast was also excellent.

The bathrooms were basic. The shower head needed replacing in my room.

Literally minutes from the cathedral and the underground that will take you to the main station with tram connectios also not far away Great to be in the old town but close to the more modern city

Shower in room was broken, the shower head holder looked like it had been broken for some time, water was only luke warm and for a supposed superior room it was shocking.

The hotel was a real find. Location is just around the side of the cathedral and so it’s protected from traffic noise. U-Bahn station round the corner, with connection to the airport S-Bahn line. We asked for a room away from the excellent Bavarian restaurant on the ground floor, and slept well in the comfy bed. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast was a generous version of the classic buffet that can make staying in German hotels such a pleasure- fresh bread rolls, fruit, ham, eggs, cheese and smoked salmon. My wife’s gluten-free request was provided for.

We would have liked a more comfortable chair in the room.

the restaurant below is quite loud until it closes, the wifi isn’t great, and the hallway lights a very flicker-y and gives an otherwise decent hotel a creepy vibe.
