Claire is an excellent host, nothing too much trouble. I was greeted immediately on arrival, and the facilities explained to me in full. The bed is beautifully comfortable and the shower hot. Plenty of places to eat locally, take away delivery was slick and convenient. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

There is nothing not to like, other than I thought the fridge should be pulled forward to the front of the table (it is located underneath, at the back) for ease of access. The microwave looks a little odd on a side table but in no way detracts from the warmth and coziness of the room.

Tucked out of the way. Friendly and welcoming host, also professional. Clean and comfortable, nice homely touches. Had everything we needed, the biscuits were a lovely addition.

A lovely location with comfy beds and very clean. Modern decor and facilities. The host was lovely, very bubbly and kind. Tea and coffee was a available with a great selection of biscuits! The atmosphere was great all round. Would I stay again? Absolutely! Oh and a really cute cat came to say hello which I'm guessing lives in the main house. Very cute and affectionate!

Claire was lovely from pre arrival to post departure. The only downside was that my son and I weren’t in the room for very long as we arrived mid evening and had an early start! It was the perfect location for taking my boy to Lakenheath and Mildenhall though. I’d happily stay again when I head that way for more aviation photography. Magic the kitty was ace too!

nice quiet location only a short 15 walk to town centre, shops buses etc. Great cafe nearby. very clean and comfortable. Host went out of her way to make you feel comfortable

Claire was an exceptional host. Nothing was too much trouble despite a last minute change to the booking. Lovely extra touches in the bedroom with fresh orange juice, milk and biscuits. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Lovely warm room on a chilly night with heated towel rail in the bathroom.

Claire was so lovely! accommodating and helpful! we arrived quite late but nothing was a problem! communication was fantastic then we finally arrived tired and entered on the annex to find a beautiful place which was immaculate and everything with need and nicest touch ever two bags on sweets knowing I had my two girls with me! what a wonderful gesture! the highlight on the 2nd day was the owners cat meowing at the door so the children loved a fuss with him! the parking and access brilliant the location easy to find and room just wonderful spacious clean and comfortable! shower super powerful too! 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 will be back definitely

everything amazing! But could of used 2 pillows each not one but not a complaint at all as so very sure if mentioned would of been provided but was so tired after our horse competitions each day we just arrived back each night late and slept amazing regardless!

Great communication from the owner who on arrival was very friendly. The room was spotless. Very comfortable beds. Fresh milk and orange juice provided in fridge. Private outside seating Highly recommend. Would definately stay here again and have recommended to my friend who we were visiting for other visitors in the future.
