the location to the Winter Gardens, the space, cleanliness and how helpful the hosts are

the shower head wasn’t very good, the water came out very soft and all over the place, the bunk bed pillows were flat and the biggest thing was the upstairs flat used their washing machine through the night the first day and the second stopped at 1am and you could hear the machine go from downstairs and when it spun it sounded like it was coming through the ceiling

The kitchen is good for family like us, tv, decorations were good. It was nice and clean apartment.

The internet was unstable. The pan's non stick layer was chipped, it needs change.

liked the location and that it was spacious and had everything we needed and the garden was a bonus

freezer box in the fridge was too small for our needs but wasn’t anything that we didn’t like

the location was amazing and it was nice being on one level. the wee enclosed patio was great for the kids too. washing machine was handy for them as well. there was everything you'd need inside too.

the only fault I can think of was that it maybe needed a wee bit freshening up. peeling wallpaper etc if that's what you care about. it did not impact on our stay. it was completely contactless check in and out as well which was unusual but they left numbers.

Excellent contact from hosts prior to visit, all was super smooth. Location was perfect for what we needed , walking distance to Winter Gardens. Very spacious accommodation. All good for us.

The location was fab, we were going to an event at the winter gardens which was only a couple of minutes walk away, plenty of space, clean and comfortable

Good communication from Tammy. Good location, close to everything. Comfy bed in main room, warm, lots of space. Plenty of towels and toilet roll etc Mostly clean, very tidy.

Strange smell in the apartment, lots of cobwebs and peeling wallpaper, temperamental shower temperature and poor water pressure. Huge human faeces in the alleyway to the apartment (not the owners fault) but had to step over this with small kids for 3 days and impossible to get pram through it

Proximity to Winter Gardens for dance comp

Small sofa bed in the lounge wasn’t really big enough for 2 adults. Damp smell on entering the accommodation and the window seals were a bit dirty.

The apartment was so much bigger than we expected, it was so modern yet cosy. It was so clean and fresh. The outside space was perfect and secluded ro relax and have a cup of tea. The beds were comfortable and matress was thick and like new. The decor was fabulous and it was the nicest place weve stayed in.

The only thing would be is the upstairs apartment group as they was banging around after a night out and were loud.

Location was fantastic, so close to the tower, shops & restaurants but far enough away so you didn't hear anything in the evening. Apartment was lovely, clean & there was everything we'd need & more

Location was excellent, close but far enough to be quiet. Absolutely immaculate and very well equipped for everything we needed.

Small issue but minor, shower temperature fluctuated while using it.

I liked the comfort if the bedrooms and facilities

The toilet seems to he leaking and the sink was blocked
