Parking was tight for our truck

Location was beachfront as described. Walkable to a few restaurants. Pool was clean and nicely heated.

I booked a beachfront condo. 1 day before my stay, I was contacted by the property manager saying the unit was no longer available but they could put me in a beach view unit instead. Or I could have my deposit back. After further discussion I learned that the timeshare owners had asked for their unit and they were allowed to bump us out. We accepted the other unit bc I didn’t have time to look for somewhere else, it being the day before my vacation. The property manager said there I would be charged the difference in the prices of the lesser unit. Instead I was charged the full amount and now need to spend time and energy resolving that error. I can’t recommend this group of condos to anyone. Also, the bathroom floors were dirty.

Great communication. Right on the beach. Thought there was only one bedroom when I booked, but there were two - nice surprise not having to use the pull out sofa.

Only one parking spot per unit, but that seems to be typical for the area. Was able to find on street parking on 24th street - less than 5 minute walk away.

It was quiet and clean. The air conditioning, hot water, and water pressure worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Unbeatable location right off the beautiful beach yet close to restaurants and convenience stores. Staff was top-notch; very responsive and accommodating.

Pillows and mattresses weren't very comfortable.

Location was incredible. Right on the ocean. Can sit out on the patio for morning coffee and watch the sunrise or just listen to the waves in the evening over a glass of wine.

The beds in the twin room were not comfortable and the pillows had plastic wrap on them underneath the fabric pillow cases.

Good location. Area as well as the property was damaged by the hurricane. The unit we had until the last night had sustained damage during the hurricane/ tropical storm Nichole. Stains on the ceiling which had been painted, air freshener to mask the smell of damp. Swimming pool not in use due to damage. The points were raised about the unit when a representative of the resort visited the unit, but no offer of another unit was made. On our last day out of five , we met the manager of the resort who offered a upgrade which we duly accepted. We were informed by the manager that a offer of an upgrade should of been offered on the day of arrival, but the employee made no such offer, The upgraded room was great, disappointed that a offer was not made sooner, if we had a upgrade from day one, we would of been really happy with the stay despite the damage to the resort and beach. Great beach and sea views from the upgrade, but please don’t accept unit 10, (our first unit ) as it only has one little window , informed by the manager that it will not be used again.

Very nice location… Close to restaurants… And shopping… Had a great time… Staff were very pleasant and helpful… The unit was nicely decorated… And clean… Enjoyed the beach…

excellent location, close to restaurants, etc., well-stocked kitchen, lots of towels. King size bed in master with private bath. very clean. right on the beach, fabulous view. nice pool.

the second bedroom beds and pillows have a plastic layer under the sheets which crinkle every time you move. Pillows very uncomfortable. probably done with children in mind, but not good for adults. they supplied one very small bar of soap to be used for both sink and shower.

Absolutely amazing up until Ian ran us off. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Praying the damage here is not too bad because we definitely want to come back since our vacation got cut short. Everyone was so friendly and I hope all of you are safe!

Condo very clean great value, 1 bedroom sleeps 4 ground floor great location, beach was right there, pool was clean they gave pool items for the kids to use, staff very friendly. Bed was a little hard and couch pulls out to a bed for the kids to sleep on, this complex only has 10 units which is very nice no noise at night no crowding loved it will be back next year

Everything about Ocean Beach Club was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed including laundry. The heated pool was excellent. The office staff was very friendly. Couldn't have been happier!

I love the quiet end of New Smryna Beach. Also, Chases Bar is a quick walk to get a cocktail. it was a small property which is very nice not to have to lug all your stuff far to a room in a big hotel. Pool was nice and clean and good temp.

in the future I will get a room facing the ocean with a balcony. My first stay here and now I know where all the rooms are.
