Everything about the apartment and complex. However it was a bit of a walk up hill which slightly detracted for me as I prefer the flat.

Quiet place. Two terraces. Main one on Eastern side overlooking the pool with partial see view. Very nice sun rises observed. Smaller one western oriented very nice to enjoy the sunset with mountains, see and Fuerteventura island view.

The complex, the swimming pool, the views, comfortable bed, close enough to attractions, nice quite apartments

Minor things e.g. the blinds were faulty. The rain came under patio doors. The shelf in the oven didn't fit properly .

Apartment was spotless and Caroline and Oliver were a pleasure to deal with. Beautiful views from the two terraces. Hosts accommodated us by allowing us a late checkout which made the trip home easier. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Lanzarote.

All amenities you could want for a weeks stay. Lovely views down to the sea. Nicely furnished. Good location close to old town but also easily walkable to the new town about 20 mins. The aparment is in an uphill locatiob but good exercise.

Ideal apartment for a couple. Well equipped and tastefully decorated throughout - even a washing machine (though we did need some help to use it!). Two outdoor areas - a larger one to the east with morning and midday sun, overlooking the pool and with a view of the sea has a table, two chairs and two deckchairs and a smaller one to the west with two chairs and a lovely sunset view over mountains and sea. The kitchen had everything we needed and a breakfast bar if you don't want to eat on the balcony. The TV a very wide selection of English channels including Sky. The owners, Sandra and Yoann, were very responsive not only with the washing machine but also with a small leak the developed on our last evening. Quickly resolved. The pool looked inviting and there were lots of sun loungers available. Towels for both shower and pool/beach included. We like the quiet location away from 'the strip' but it is a fairly steep 10-15 minutes walk from the harbour so many not suit everyone.

Our first night's sleep was disturbed by a motion detector in the bedroom which flashed every time one of us moved. Easily resolved the next morning by removing it and putting in a drawer!

Apartment was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for our week there. The complex was very quiet as was the pool area which suited us perfectly. Will definitely come again

Lovely modern well equipped apartment, the owner is so helpful and accommodating . Unfortunately we had to leave early due Covid 19 but would love to return in happier circumstances 😃
