The land lady was truly helpful through the incident we had

The owner was very ANGRY AND DISRESPECTFUL! One of my friends got trapped in the bathroom, the door latch broke and got stuck out of position. Shortly after we contacted the land lady who called a maintenance guy from the urbanization the apartment is in and, after an hour and half, they decided the only way to get my mate out was to kick down the door, and so they did. When the information got to the owner, who was in France during the events, he proceeded to demand us to pay for the door's repairs. Shortly after I tried reasoning with him over the phone, I was really frustrated when the call ended. He was very angry and disrespectful! And he didn't even try to understand our view of the events. Clearly he hadn't seen first hand our friend locked for an hour and a half complaining that he was about to faint He tried to intimidate us into paying talking about terms like "legal civil responsibility" and all the sort of stuff a 20 year old does not understand.

The apartment was well equipped in the kitchen, nice interior, good location. There is a grocery store within a 10-minute walk. Good access by car throughout the island. Parking in front of the accommodation.

Unfortunately, there were many cockroaches in the kitchen. The owner probably knows about it, because there was a cockroach spray. The owner of the keys does not speak english. Nevertheless she was very nice and tried to translate through an audio translator.

Apartment is on a very run down complex. Lots of boarded up properties around, very dirty complex, cats faeces all around on pathways together with building rubble dumped on pathways. Constant building work going on from early hours in the morning all throughout the day. Unable to.open windows in bedroom for fear stray cats would get in. Then to top it all an Infestation of Insects in the kitchen which was very unpleasant. We had to move out, we would NOT recommend this property and feel it is not suitable as a holiday rental
