There was no required amenities in room like hair dryer , snacks n mini bar items It's not 100% value for the cost taken

You book the hotel as per the pics you see & it is exactly as shown beautiful. But this was one hotel where the services from the Staff were excellent & make you want to come back for the excellent service they provide. I would like to name a few who were more than excellent - Ms. Rajvir, Ms.Sharwani, Ms. Ragini, Ms. Yashi, Mr. Mihir & the person who helps you with the bags. He cannot talk but with his beautiful smile & his dedication & hard work is what you take with you. These were few of the names I remember but the strange thing is everyone we met were excellent. One word -- Service of the sttaff made my stay all the more memorable.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The welcome at the hotel was very nice and warm. Rooms are good and maintained in good condition. Breakfast was very good with special mention of Dipanto (I hope I spelt his name correctly) who took great care to serve us breakfast. Both room service and housekeeping services were prompt and helpful. Food was good.

We faced an issue with our taxi. The taxi stand situated outside the hotel did not allow our usual local taxi driver to pick us up from the hotel claiming monopoly. When we complained to the hotel staff, they expressed their helplessness claiming they did not want to get into the bad books of the taxi stand people. We even requested them to drop us by their hotel car to a close location where our taxi driver would pick us up from. But they refused saying it may cause issues for them. We had to eventually walk on our own to the point where our taxi driver was waiting for us passing through the same taxi stand. In short, the hotel was ok to put us in danger and inconvenience but not willing to confront the taxi stand people. This reflects poorly on a big brand like Hilton where they clearly showed that they were more concerned about their own safety than standing for their hotel guests.

First of all Entry was blocked because of heavy traffic at the main gate as well as entry lobby because of restraurant/ cassino ! When we argue that we are the hotel guest and need to check-in urgently for next program at town. Security somehow made the path halfway and we had to walk down to the reception lobby. Room was given after half an hour but there were no towl etc. for that we had to call multiple times to the reception. Next morning, we had to called the reception( no house keeping direct call botton) to get bottle of water! Have not taken BF becuse of early flight.
