Do not book this accomodation! It is a scam!!! We had problems right since we book and paid as the owner didn't reply to us in basic things such as how to get the keys. He made us sign a contract (which he himself didn't) and pay an extra hidden charge for the cleaning. Booking promised to refund us providing an invoice but the owner just gave us a hand-written piece of paper. Now both.Booking and the owner refuse to reimburse us the money even though we have.complied with all their requirements (including paying in advance with no cancelation allowed). We have had to be calling Booking and the owner so many times, writing unanswered emails and messages...lots of troubles and hassle. Holidays from hell. Needles to say the state of the studio, full of damp, tiny cockroaches, old furniture and very noisy as it is in a ground floor of a noisy road. Don't go!

The location is good. It's handy that the place has a washing machine.

The place was not clean at all. We paid 35,00 EUR at the beginning of the rental for the cleaning. But it was really not clean. This place is invaded by cockroaches. They were even under the mattress. The beds are not comfortable and worn out. The toilet was clocked and leaked. When flushing it, the water came out the drain in the shower. We had rented the place for 11 nights, but left after 5 nights. It was disgusting. The owner, that lives in France, was never reachable by phone during our stay. The lady who did the "cleaning" and handed us the keys was kinda nice, but also not really interested in the problems that we had with the place. At some point a guy came and fixed the leakage with some silicone. But the problem with the drain remained. We found a much better and clean place for the remaining 6 nights, without cockroaches and a working sewer system. But we ended up paying double for the holidays. Neither the owner nor booking itself has been helpful so far. We really hope for a good ending at least and a compensation for the nights that we didn't stay at the place. We really cannot recommend renting this place. If you want to have a stressless holiday in a clean place, stay away from this property. There are several other good places within this price category in Fuzeta that are much better.
