Great location, close to al restaurants, the lake, the Ponderosa State Park and other activities. Friendly, helpful staff. Coffee in the lobby with snacks. Large refrigerator in the room. We booked the deluxe King room. It was very spacious. Above ground hot tub , cold plunge and sauna - a nice touch.
There was no place to put your clothes. There were some hooks on the wall however no dresser or a place to empty your suitcase. Also the Wi-Fi was very weak. The manager did say it was a bit spotty. I could not get an email to go out from my laptop or could not use my social media. My email worked however could not send anything. We could get all on our phones.

Great comfy beds, love the duvet and sheets!
Air conditioner unit was so loud we had to keep it off! Room became stuffy all night.

Nice location, close to town.
The outside area of the property
was great as well as lobby. Rooms nicely decorated.
The bed wasn’t comfortable at all.
The mattress was too soft and sloped to one side. The air conditioner made a very loud vibrating sound keeping us up throughout the night. The water pressure in the shower was very low, which caused more time to rinse off soap and shampoo etc. When we checked in the person was quite rude and unwelcoming.
However we had a kind younger lady treat us very well later that day and she apologized for the bad attitude of the person who checked us in.
