Internet connection very bad, the food not really good.

water park is the only good thing

Please read before make reservation! maybe it will help you to skip on this hotel! before i made the resarvation i see all of the bad reviews so i contact the hotel and ask them things that important to me so i will enjoy my vacation. lets start from the beging.. the reception staff is very nice and trying to help.. the problem they dont have the ability to help. rooms - the hotel have some buildings . the main building where the reception located is the old one. if you go to this hotel Insist not to get a room in this building. also this building is near all the activities and always noisy untill 23:30PM we got the room on the old building and on the second day i insist to get a room near the waterpark that seems more new from the outside but was also old from the inside. this hotel need to do a hard refresh!! the rooms is very old with very old furtiune. the bed are with mold and dust and very Uncomfortable . every morning we wake up with stiff neck. There are a lot of cockroaches and ants on the floor. the walls are with Stains and its seems its not really care to anyone from the staff. No shampo in the shower . i had to buy from the store on the hotel. cleaning - the staff replace towels every day and arrange the bed but they didn't clean the floor. food - very boring and not updated. dishes are dirty . we found ourself eating on the snack bar pizza and sausage. Wifi - very bad and with a lot of disconnections. Safe box - the safe box cost money . sorry i never heard about 4 star hotel that take money for safe box. just to be clear i insist to get it free. Waterpark - very good. In conclusion: i will not return to this hotel. its not worth the money.

Water park Location Good and nice crew

Family suite is a bad choice No WIFI at the room, bad WIFI at the loby. The food is not fresh. Same Dishes all the time. The food is not tasty at all.

That everything is so close and all the entertainment is great perfect for families

Could do with a few more pillows but other them that it's lobely

The place was great, the food, the parties. Great for kids, the water park is amazing the stuff is very nice. The food verity vas great, food and alcohol was everywhere. The location is great near every place you would think of.

The house keeping need to be a little better in the rooms. But it was good enough.
