Please read this before even concerning traveling to this place. At the beginning I must admit view is nice. Well if you look to the distance. If you look down from your balcony, you will find garden which looks like feeding place for sheep. Photos attached. One of beds had broken mattress. On this bed we found cockroach. I also attached photo to prove this. My biggest disappointment was how owner of the property lied in the description on booking,com. I booked this place on this website and what disappointed me even more was how booking,com didn't even give a flying s..t when I complained and even supported owner in his arrogance not to sort out my issues. I had to cancel the accommodation with Bruno. His description on booking,com was deceptive. My reason why I chose this place was to get there by a car. As we were exhibiting at Top Marques Monaco we were coming with the suv and 7 meter long trailer carrying our prototype. This vehicle costs over €1 million that’s why I wanted safe and calm place with private parking as Property was advertised. This parking is inaccessible with normal car not to mention suv and trailer. So I couldn’t use this property AS planned. There was no information about this handicap when I booked this place. I came there with my pregnant wife and 9 yrs old son. We had to leave and find new accommodation unexpectedly. Even taxi driver had difficulties to get there and safely maneuver his car. At one stage we almost fell off the hill, like 20 meters down and this was experienced local taxi driver (he lives in the same town as this property is in). I insisted on returning full amount I paid back. We didn’t use anything and cancelled literally 10 minutes after getting in. I asked owner to cancel my booking immediately after we got there, he recommended me to Booking,com to deal through them which I did. Owner and booking,com were ping-ponging me between them and didn’t care that I am there with my pregnant wife and 9 years old son.

Absolutely gorgeous view, massive house, loved it

The property itself is lovely and the views are stunning. The Villa is beautifully decorated and there are plenty of bathrooms for the amount of guests (there were 9 of us). The pictures advertised are accurate. Check in and out was easy and the communication was good.

As mentioned the views are stunning BUT, in order to get to the villa without a car means climbing approximately 200 steps which is not mentioned anywhere in the information prior to booking. We were a party of 9 and had chosen not to hire cars as from the location felt we could access everything by foot or train which certainly wasn’t discouraged at anytime during or after booking. This meant carting all groceries, water, drinks etc up those 200 steps everyday! It would have been impossible had we not had at least 3 very fit and capable men (2 of whom are soldiers and are used to load carrying!). It was also very difficult to get all our luggage up at the start of our stay. Those of us with rucksacks were just about okay, those with wheels on suitcases were not so fine! Bedding and towels are not included in the overall price which considering those dreaded steps, seems unreasonable. Rubbish disposable was an issue as we were told that we had to take it to the large bins up by the campsite which is yet considerably more steps which for the price, we would have expected a bin on site. The climb up without a vehicle did mean that we were less inclined to nip to the beach or shops which is something we normally do throughout each day. Anyone staying definitely needs a car although the final part of road leading to the villa is unmade so not suitable for all vehicles. Overall the villa was well equipped however the kitchen has very little work surface meaning catering for a large group was challenging to say the least. We always book self catering villas so we can eat what and when we want so this was an issue for us.

168 steps down to shops,restaurants. Very very steep entrance road. Once car was parked at Villa we did not want to move it.... this needs to be highlighted before booking!!! Not suitable for anyone with hip,knee problems. No Gaz in barbecue
