The property was in a great location, with ease of self check in and check out. The property was clean on arrival and had everything that we needed for our stay.

The beds were particularly hard and creaky. Also we struggled to cool the property down, thankfully we brought our own fan.

Good location, walkable to the pier and shops, clean and spacious.

Unresponsive host, not flexible with check-in/check-out and not accommodating even thought property was not even ready when we arrived at 3pm check-in, lacking basic necessities like hand towels, paper towels, toilet paper, cooking ingredients.

The beds were incredibly hard to sleep in. The 2 ladies on the group took the spare duvets and blankets from the single beds to sleep on top of.

Arrived 5pm for check in, cottage had not been cleaned, beds not changed , dirty towels in bath from previous guests, bins not emptied, this is from changing original booking check in from 3pm to 5pm..rang office and was dealt with , cleaners arrived within half hour and where very apologetic and left btl of prosecco. The cottage needs some TLC and money spent on it, beds very uncomfortable, mattresses springs coming through, one double bed had some slats taped to frame, toilet roll holder fell off, could do with comfier settee in living room, very hollow throughout the cottage, could hear others talking whilst upstairs or downstairs..bits of mould on sealant in shower.. sadly cottage didnt feel cosy to others we have stayed in 😢
