Quel hôtel et accueil fantastique. D'ailleurs c'est plutôt entre hôtel et chambre d'hôtes. La propriétaire est charmante est passionnée, touche personnelle dans les chambres, chambre très confortable. Endroit très calme. Quand au petit déjeuner, enfin un petit déjeuner qui sort des standards d'hôtels habituels. je garde cette adresse si un jour j'ai de nouveau besoin de dormir sur Lisieux. Top tout simplement.

Lovely hotel located right in the centre of town close to shops, bars and restaurants. We received a warm welcome and loved our room.

well-appointed rooms, good location, good service

Despite some initial misunderstandings, the owner welcomed us with warmth. We had a good night sleep in a beautiful and cosy apartment, detached from the main hotel but located in the same premises. We had a delicious breakfast at the hotel, which is elegantly decorated. The location is very convenient: central and has private free parking. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There was an unfortunate misunderstanding about the check-in time. Because of that, the owner showed initially no flexibility and we really thought that we had lost our booking. However, after talking with her on the phone, we managed to sort things out, and she was very understanding and friendly.
