The location was nice!

The room had a smell but I’m sure it was due to an older building, throw pillows had stains on them.

The location was good. The room was very nice and clean. Very well furnished. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was designed so every room had a view of the ocean. The hot tub and pool was nice and clean.

Only one of the two elevators was working so that created a back up waiting for it. The one that was working was very slow so that contributed to the back up.

Everything! The location, the facilities, the room, the view! For the price and the perfect view I couldn’t have found a better spot

Someone claiming to be room service came into my room with my door unlock code while my 12yo was there alone. Never to be seen or heard from after that.

It was clean for the most part. I liked the balcony but only got a bit of ocean view. Pool is excellent as you can swim inside and out. Parking was easy The shower hand gel shampo and conditioner were quite nice.

No blankets available for beds just a thin spread.,So bring your own. They did provide after we were there a few days since it was cold. Was supposed to be stocked but no Kleenex, only 2 coffee cups and 2 spoons. Only 4 glasses. I bought my own coffee cups and 6 spoons since we were 4 and left them. There were plenty of forks and knives The keurig reservoir leaked. Toaster only outside burners worked. There was a lot of junk like old curtains, TVs, in closets and pantry that we could have used for storage. Bunk beds were uncomfortable so don’t plan on using them. a sign for bike racks would have helped as we were not clear until we saw other bikes. Though clean the ugly caulk in shower travertine made it appear dirty. Baths were too small.
