Tidy, comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Didn’t move the car from car park. Walked to Cromer and back one day and used the coast hopper one day to Cley marshes reserve and walked back to Sherringham. Excellent sea food to eat in or out.

Third time visiting this property as I travel to Sheringham to catch up with family. As always, very clean and comfy. Easy to access and quiet despite being on a main road. Parking a huge bonus. As a solo female traveller I feel safe in this property which is a big consideration for me. When I have contacted the host he has responded quickly and helpfully which is what I need especially as I am often dealing with “family stuff”, am exhausted and stressed.
This is the first property I always check for availability in this area and would be very happy to stay again.

We were very pleased with our apartment; it was very clean, comfortable and cosy. Our hosts had kindly left us a welcoming bottle of prosecco and some choccie biscuits, which went down a treat and they had also left the Christmas tree and decorations up for us, which made the apartment feel very homely. We had a view of the North Norfolk Railway from our kitchen window and found this to be delightful, as they were running the illuminated trains twice each evening . It was an added enjoyment to watch the steam engine chuffing under the bridge. Although the apartment is situated on the main road, we heard very little traffic noise and our hosts had also added a blackout blind, as well as curtains in the bedroom, so we weren't disturbed by traffic or street lights. We also had a view of the sea, which was another unexpected treat. In all, we have only positive comments to make - the only thing that I would possibly change is maybe have a washing machine instead of a dish washer. We only stayed a few days, so it wasn't a problem but it could become more so if staying for a week and maybe being on the beach and needing to wash towels and swimming things. Other than that, we couldn't fault the property and would have no hesitation in booking it again.

Very nice 2nd floor flat with all mod cons. Car parking at the rear was a real bonus. 10 mins walk to the sea-front. Comfortable bed, walk-in shower and reliable wi-fi. Will definitely return.

Smashing place with all our needs catered for, we couldn't have asked for anything more. If you find going up & down stairs, then you might find this property a bit tricky, but this wasn't a problem for us. Spotlessly clean and as comfortable as home.

A very comfortable clean apartment with everything you need. Very convenient to the beach, shops, trains and buses. Can highly recommend to a couple, provided there are no mobility problems as there are 2 flights of stairs. Extra parking if needed. A very enjoyable stay.

Perfect - again!
This was a gem of a find for us and we have now stayed twice and already booked for our next stay. Check in is easy with all information provided. Apartment is small but perfect for a couple. Had everything we need, great location - very short walk to train station, bus stop, town and front/beach. The only small suggestion I would make is that it would be useful to have a shelf of some type in the shower to put your bottles of shower gel and shampoo on. We've had a fabulous, relaxing stay 🙂
