Staff were friendly and went out of their way for gluten free options for breakfast. Apartment was clean and perfect for the 6 of us. It operated as a great base to explore Hvar.

Some basics in the kitchen like oil, salt and pepper would be great but overall a great stay.

THIEVES!!!!!! Attention, they reserve a deposit on your credit card which they must normally remove at the latest 15 days after your return. A month later this hotel took the liberty of withdrawing the sum of 180 euros from my card for services not requested, namely laundry, rental of swimming pool towels not returned, never received, and shuttle transfers (while I had a car car rented at Zagreb airport). All totally imaginary costs. This is an abusive withdrawal and therefore an obvious theft. Pay close attention to your accounts once you get home. I strongly advise against staying at this property. The apartment gave off a nauseating odor masked by perfume. Several lamps did not work because of an electrical problem. The so-called private terrace where all the people came to sit because it was not delimited with entry from the neighbors, noise from the neighboring apartment where there was a party every evening, the poor breakfast from 9 a.m.... not even a little butter.... Unfriendly staff. Pool very cold. In short, flee!!!!

I was fraudulently charged £160 5 weeks after checking out, the hotel stated they had to deep clean the bed, despite inspecting the room and saying everything was fine. They now won't answer my calls.

Everything was amazing. The apartment was spotless & so spacious. The in-room mini bar was a lovely surprise. Beautiful pool. Lovely staff. The staff helped us with information & arranging taxis into town. Although you can walk to town, we chose to taxi some of the time.

Honestly, I loved everything. No complaints.

Very clean apartment with two bathrooms (we were a group of 3 friends), excellent facilities, even the soap and shampoo provided smelled really nice (rituals). Smart TV, swimming pools, cooking facilities and fully stocked minibar (at supermarket prices) are all present. Located in a quiet residential area, but very close to the beach and the old town. Staff was really friendly!

Absolutely faultless from the moment we arrived until we left - Mike, Marija and team couldn’t have been more helpful to ensure we had a wonderful stay

Though it’s not in the center of town, the walk to the waterfront is close and the ability to walk to multiple beach areas makes it ideal. The hotel also offers shuttle service to and from town at a reasonable rate. It was nice not having to deal with trying to get a taxi at night.

I did not have access to wifi from my room but apparently it was due to a previous guest disconnecting it.

The breakfast buffet, pool facilities were very good. The apartment is very modern with lovely rituals toiletries and rainfall shower heads. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were also so lovely and helpful especially as we left our luggage on the last day.

The accommodation is uphill from main hvar Town- just to be mindful you'll need either taxi or good shoes to walk in the evenings.

Breakfast was great, taxi service that the hotel provided was really helpful. Area around hotel was very safe.

I had the best stay at Teranea. I come to Croatia every summer and have now discovered my new spot to stay at in Hvar. Aside from the beautiful atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel both inside and outside of rooms, the staff is truly what makes Teranea so incredible - Mislav and his staff (Marija, Adrijan, Matija, etc) were so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and my friends and I felt like they truly wanted to us to be comfortable and have a great vacation during our stay. We got to spend time getting to all know each other on the patio our first night and during the entire time we were there, their kindness and helpfulness and overall presence is what made our stay. Additionally, my one friend and I weren't leaving till later in the afternoon on our last day and they even left us stay longer and hang out by the pool which created convenience for us. Vidimo se, Mislav, i hvala na svemu!! :)

Teranea is a little bit farther up from the main port, but honestly, this isn't bad at all, it's maybe a 15-20 minute walk, but if you have issues with walking or prefer driving, the hotel even offers a taxi service at a discounted rate (the staff themselves switch off driving). This was super helpful during our stay especially when wearing heels. Other than that, no complaints at all.

Great hardworking staff and taxi service to and from town v good. Fridge stocked with drinks that were v well priced. Apartment clean, air con good and liked Ritual products in bathrooms.

We are a family and we didn’t realise the hotel takes large stag and hen dos. On our second day a group of 17 ‘stags’ from Wales arrived and an even larger group of lads from Northern Ireland. Welsh group took over top swimming pool, drinking beers from 9am, so it was effectively out of bounds and they were getting louder as we checked out.

This is indeed a good hotel to stay with family! Room setup including kitchen and bathroom was super with all classical items - it is a reflection of a good choice! Breakfast was very reasonable and arrangement was flexible; we found organic fruits and this is a balanced arrangement! Pertaining to the staff/official, Mike was truly professional; his support and service was beyond our expectation - we are so happy! His care made our journey comfortable and he has the capacity to make any situation better!

Even though the hotel location is close to the port but uphill; there should have some advisory on how to go there from port or there could have a pick/up and drop service linked with the package. However, we got this transport services upon request and Mike was with us and we found him a 'person for action'. We want to go back there to explore more in Hvar!

Very professional staff a miracle in the destination

The hotel is apparently a destination for people from socnet who do not take into account the last guests there. Hvar is a very cool place, it was evident everywhere. It will be difficult to keep it to everyones satisfaction....

Maria, Indira, Matteo & Andrea (young lad from reception) were all incredible staff. loved that the fridge was stocked with store priced items, very nice touch. Rooms & bathrooms were spacious & modern. Great breakfast every morning. Taxi service provided was incredibly handy to getting to and from town at a cheap price. All incredibly welcoming and flexible with our requests.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. it’s a 15 minute walk into the town and maybe 20 back as the walk is uphill. Rooms were clean and the terrace areas were a nice extra. Fantastic showers.

The pool area is very small. Very few restaurants nearby so you usually have to go into the town or make your own in the room (very good facilities for this though).

I came back to Teranea for 2 other days and it was perfect again! Thank you for everything!

Everything was perfect! Marija, Mike and the whole team were super welcoming and they are here if you need anything. The location is nice and the appartements are amazing! Thank you Teranea, we will definitely come back.

First night some loud guests coming back from party at 04:00am

Reception and bar staff couldn't have been lovely! We had a 6 person flat and were shocked at how big it was compared to the pics. The best stocked mini bar we've ever seen.
