Everything was really good. Consistent with the description. In fact, you can spend your holidays without leaving the house ;)

It is a pity that even for an additional fee it was not possible to turn on the pool heating. Note to the host, when you give the time of your visit, try to keep it or let him know that you will not be there. The tenant is on holiday, but that doesn't mean he wants to waste time waiting.

The villa is exactly as pictured. Andreas is a great host and has always responded very fast. The villa is in a very quiet neighborhood (a car is needed to get around) and it's within a 4min drive to an amazing sandy, non-crowded beach Ayia Thekla beach. We went to other more popular beaches such as Nissi Beach, Konnos Bay, but found them extremely crowded and somewhat dirty. The Ayia Thekla beach was just what we needed, with all the facilities, a beach bar and a great local restaurant. The villa is fully equipped and the bed mattresses were very comfortable.

Nothing major, if I was really picky I would say that the pillows were too soft for my taste. In the bedroom downstairs the double bed was smaller then in the one upstairs.

The Villa is specious and has really good amount of local flora on a patio which is nice.

There was bird nest under the roof where the space for the car was.

The kitchen was fully equipped. Liked the pool area and the barbecue.

The pressure of water was low or maybe shower head have to be replaced on the second floor. Mandatory to have a car.

Villa is beautiful with all amenities, very spacious, clean and well cared for.

The area that the villa is situated has limited facilities nearby and therefore had to use taxi to go to shops, restaurants and bars.

Villa had everything we needed. It was very clean which I think is the most important thing nowdays. Huge spaces in the rooms, very comfortable, big kitchen, can easily fit more than 6 persons. Outside was the best part, the pool was big and clean, two places to sit, a lot of poolbeds. Even the BBQ facilities was big. The neighborhood is very safe and quite. Totally suggesting.

The facilities were great! The villa and the pool were clean, the kitchen is modern and the beds comfortable and there were little labels to inform us where everything was and it was spacious and well equipped. It is a very modern and beautiful place, it was a joy to sit outside in the garden. We also enjoyed the portable bluetooth machine, it was really fun to use! The location is great too, it's secluded enough so that it is quiet, but it is also close to great beaches, the Waterpark and bars and restaurants. Mr Andreas, the host, was very friendly and helpful and allowed us a late check out.

The pool lights did not work, so it was hard to have a night swim at the pool. The kitchen definitely needs some soup dishes/bowls and better knives. The kitchen and bathroom towels took too long to dry out, fortunately we had brought extra from home. Also, some of the window shutters mechanisms weren't working, but that was not a big deal.
