Emplacement idéal au coeur du cap d'Antibes. Beau jardin. En revanche, la propreté laissait vraiment à désirer. Vaisselle et pièces d'eau sales à notre arrivée. Les matelas sont hors d'usage (différence de hauteur entre eux et la plupart s'enfoncent complètement). On sent même les ressorts pour certains matelas... La balançoire et la table de ping-pong sont inutilisables à cause de l'usure. Il y a un magnétoscope, mais il ne fonctionne pas... La bouilloire et la machine à café fuient. Les autres appareils ménagers fonctionnent mal. Pour résumer, la maison est certes vétuste, mais le minimum de confort n'y est pas non plus.

We walked in and walked straight out choking. We then had to find an hotel for our family for a week - not easy on the Cap in the middle of August. We spoke to the owner who seemed to think that she had delivered based on the photos on the HomeAway site, even though we pointed out that you can't see the smell on the internet. Although we didn't even stay there we were charged for 'cleaning'. Clearly, this is one of a number of rentals on the Cap where owners are gaming the system and renting out property below acceptable quality because of the money. The owner said this place could sleep 10, which is simply disingenuous. We asked to be refunded but were ignored. Anyone who rents this place will be disappointed and risks having their holiday ruined. HomeAway rely on both parties having decency and integrity which was blatantly lacking here. Avoid! Shame I have to give it one star to submit the review.

Nous avons passé une semaine d’excellentes vacances dans cette villa en famille avec les deux enfants. C'est une villa qui se constitue d'une grande maison confortable, un grand jardin très joli avec une treille de glycine et un parking à coté du jardin très sécurisé. La villa se trouve très près à la plage et pas loin du centre de ville, environ 5 minutes en voiture. Dans la maison, tout est bien équipé et les utilités comme le gaz, l'électricité, l'eau ainsi que le chauffage marchent sans problème et le séjour était très agréable. Nos enfants ont joué au badminton et aussi à la balançoire dans le jardin. Nous avons passé toute la journée dans le jardin quelque fois en faisant un barbecue. Nous avons aussi diné presque tous les soirs dehors sous la treille de glycine et c’était vraiment génial. Nous comptons retourner cette villa dans la future pour nous amuser à la vie à Antibes dans les autres saisons comme notre séjour en fin avril était vraiment magnifique. Nous donc recommandons cette villa aux familles, surtout des familles avec des petits enfants.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette propriété située dans un cadre magnifique sur le haut du Cap d'Antibes. A conseiller pour les amoureux du soleil, de la mer (plages très proches), de la marche, et du calme.

La maison est vaste et bien située. Le jardin est agréable et bien ensoleillé. Nous avons bien dormi car le site est calme, bien en retrait de la rue au fond du jardin. La plage de la garoupe est proche à pied, ainsi que les commerces de première nécessité (supérette juste en face). La rando autour du Cap est facilement accessible. La possibilité de garer plusieurs voitures dans l'allée du jardin est appréciable

La maison est très agréable, spacieuse et noyée dans la verdure. elle Est bien située près de la plage de la Garoupe à 10 mn à pied. Contact cordial avec la propriétaire. La maison est bien chauffée. Bonne literie.

Ma famille et moi avons passé une excellent moment dans cette villa la premiere semaine d aout 2014. La villa est spacieuse et tres bien equipé et l emplacement est unique ( deux plages a moins de 2 min a pied ). La propriétaire et tres reactive et tres sympatique . En bref nous y reviendrons et nous la recommendons
