Our accommodation was immaculate, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we enjoyed having a lovely balcony where we could sit and relax. The location was fantastic, with the beach just a two-minute walk away, and a pool/restaurant/bar available for those who preferred to stay on-site. There were also numerous restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance.

Unfortunately, while the staff were pleasant, they were generally not proactive in engaging with guests and would only interact when approached. Much of their time appeared to be spent sitting together, talking amongst themselves, or looking at their phones rather than attending to guests. On one evening, after a long day out, we decided to relax by the pool and enjoy a drink and some food. Knowing that the restaurant and bar closed at 8:00 pm, we placed an order for a pizza at approximately 7:15 pm. A young staff member took the order through to the kitchen, where an argument broke out between the staff member and the chef. It appeared that the chef was unhappy about having to prepare a pizza order. To the staff member's credit, he asked the chef not to argue in front of guests. The incident was uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness. Unfortunately, it left such a poor impression that we chose not to dine there again for the remainder of our stay. The resort provided complimentary sunbeds on the beach for guests, which was a welcome feature. There were two designated sunbed areas—one set further back from the water and another located right on the waterfront. Guests who wished to use the sunbeds closest to the water were required to pay an additional fee. I found this a little unusual, as I would have expected guests to have access to the best locations without extra charge, particularly given that the beachfront sunbeds were often vacant throughout the day.

Top Lage . Nur ein paar Meter über die dünenstrasse dann ist man im wunderbaren Meer zum schwimmen, schon vor dem Frühstück. Wir waren jetzt nach COVID das 2. mal hier und würden es bei einer weiteren Insel Tour durch die Kykladen, jedesmal wieder einbauen. Die Familie, die das Haus führt, machen alles möglich damit man sich wohl fühlt.

Alles prima, sonst würden wir nicht hinfahren, wenn einen was stört, sollte man vor Ort versuchen eine Lösung zu finden. Das klappt fast immer.

This is truly our favourite place in the world. We have returned because there is something incredibly special about this hotel that is hard to put into words. From the moment you arrive, you feel completely relaxed and at home. Being a family-run hotel makes such a difference. The sisters are genuinely some of our favourite people and are a huge part of what makes this place so special. They are warm, welcoming, kind, and make every stay feel personal. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the pool is fantastic, and the entire property has such a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere. If your idea of the perfect holiday is relaxing by the water, enjoying beautiful surroundings, eating great food, and completely switching off, this is the place. The food from the kitchen is excellent—we thoroughly enjoyed everything we had. Getting around is also incredibly easy, with a convenient bus stop just down the street that takes you into town, so you can explore without needing a car. Everything about this hotel feels authentic, welcoming, and effortless. It isn’t just somewhere we stay on holiday; it has become a place that feels like a second home to us. We leave every time already thinking about when we can come back. Beautiful beach, wonderful pool, delicious food, incredible people, and the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. For us, everything is simply perfect. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

The only positive aspects of this hotel were its location and the fact that it is pet-friendly.

My partner and I booked what they advertised as their “best” room – with a terrace, jacuzzi, and sea view – but the reality was far from what the photos on their website suggest. The room is in serious need of renovation, the furniture was worn-out and dirty, and the jacuzzi was completely yellow and not suitable for use. The promotional images are highly misleading. We have travelled across Mykonos, Milos, Santorini, Paros, and Naxos, and in this price range, this hotel was by far the biggest disappointment. We only mentioned the issues upon checkout, as it was obvious that the situation could not be fixed – it was not a matter of a technical fault, but of overall wear and tear combined with deceptive advertising through heavily enhanced photos. We chose not to waste our holiday arguing, knowing they could not deliver what they promised. I am leaving this review to warn future guests to have realistic expectations about what they are booking.
